Kona Hawaiian BBQ-Johnstown

Great service, food, and atmosphere. We had the mix grill with beef chicken and rib and it was amazing. They do not skimp on the portions. Great value for your money. The Mac salad was amazing. The spam misubi was very good. The food made you feel like you were truly in Hawaii.

Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. The staff was very friendly and our food came out in 5 minutes. Sadly we are just visitors in the area, if not this place could easily become a staple in our family. The picture is the volcano chicken which was fantastic.

I recently dined at Kona Hawaiian BBQ in Johnstown and had an average experience overall. The seating arrangement was disorganized (really should get more functional tables/chairs and add more), and the portion sizes were smaller than expected for the price. The presentation of the pork could have been better for easier eating (agree also with another review that it was a little dry). The staff was friendly, but considering the prices and average food, I'm unsure if I'll be back.

I paid $21 for some meat on a bed of cabbage. I've never been to this place before & Im happy it's not the only Hawaiian bbq place in the country.

Love the chicken katsu, also the Kona fire!! Perfectly cooked rice and delicious pasta salad! It’s a tradition when we come to Loveland!

I have been in Colorado for almost 2 years before I found out about this hidden gem of a place. The food is delicious and the service is great. I highly recommend it to everyone. It would be even more perfect if they had an extra sauce.

Literally just came back from a visit to O’ahu. Have ate L&L all over, and on the island. Food tastes authentic. BBQ chicken=amazing beef shorts ribs=delicious. Macaroni salad is amazing as well! Too bad we don’t have a beach/ocean too look at! Delicious and so happy it’s open!!!!!!!!
