I usually don’t write reviews but Its happens everytime I go to this place. Yet I go for their tea and snacks.Its the best tea tbh yet the customer service is yuckkkkkk.the middle age woman is too rude. She maybe doesn’t even wanna work or smth. I don’t think she even knows the word "customer service ". She thinks we are her fam or whatever so she can be rude and act like this. She gets so pissed everytime. All the tome I feel very uncomfortable to go see this woman. Yet I only go for the tea and their snacks. If its all the time trust me people will stop coming.

Chicken smell was so nasty. They used very old oil. Hurts my stomach. I’ll complain to city if my kids get sick for this food. They eat very little still I’m worry about it. I had to garbage all of the foods.

Hello, good evening. My friend and I visited your aprox store at around 7:10 pm. We are both 62 years old. We purchased biscuits, dry cakes, and two teas. The lady who served us (slim ) was rude when we placed our order. She handed over our items but did not provide any napkins. When my friend asked for a napkin, she replied in Bangla, "Napkin daw, Splenda daw", in a tone that sounded very unprofessional and rude. This behavior felt disrespectful. Please ensure your team receives proper training on how to speak courteously to customers. Thank you.

Few of old women work there. After I order my food and tell them how I like my food will be. But they tell me we are working Long Long years. And they tell me ur new at nyc lol

I’ve never felt more energized after drinking a cup of cha lol my wife was bouncing off the walls after having the large cup. Definitely get the regular size if your caffeine tolerance isn’t high

Highly recommended place to go to. Their food is amazing. Tea gets its proper name on there. The staff are always super nice and friendly. I don't have to wait much, and food is always ready in a timely manner.

This place was utterly horrible. When I asked for the apple pie, I was told that it was coming and charged for it, and then I was told that the apple pie ran out. Also, I ordered a spicy chicken combo and I realized halfway through that my chicken was raw, so I had to garbage it. The chicken is supposed to be white, not partially transparent. Maybe this happened they froze the chicken before frying it and neglected to thaw it completely. Maybe it was because they paid poor attention to the heat of the oil. All in all, be aware of raw meat when purchasing from this store or just avoid it and save your money.
