BENTO Jacksonville Town Center

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Bento at Town Center is a must! I had such a great experience at Bento. I ordered the Pao Pao Chicken bento box, and wow — the value and flavor were unreal for the price. The bento came with lomein noodles, garlic green beans, ginger salad, rice, and a coconut macaron for dessert, and every single item was delicious. The food came out hot, fresh, and super flavorful, and you can tell everything was made with care. You truly get so much food for an amazing price, which makes this spot such a win. Huge shoutout to Alvin, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Customer service like that really elevates the whole experience. If you’re looking for tasty, satisfying food with great portions and awesome service, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend — 10/10 all around! 🍱✨

The daughter and I sat in after shopping around the plaza. There was no wait due to the choice of self service kiosk or traditional order takers behind the counters. The service was quick, food good and hot! The Thai Tea amazing. Loved it all and the portions were enough for us to warm up later.

My husband just came home with our pickup order from BENTO Asian Restaurant at Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. We were excited to try this new place. The food appeared not to be freshly prepared. I had the drunkin noodles with chicken/shrimp and he had shrimp fried rice. We also had the pork fried dumplings and egg rolls, which were fairly good. I just felt that the food did not align with the price point and expectations were not met … I wouldn’t try again.

Only about 40% of their handheld menu was available to order because they were out of stock on ingredients, this was on a Saturday. They had two kiosks available and I didn't want to keep calling a worker, it was hard to grab their attention by the way, to keep asking questions. I would've preferred if a human being was available to take my order instead. My order took a good 30 minutes to come out I'm not sure what I ordered that needed extra time but it was not worth it at all. Food was mid tier and overpriced. I do not think I would try it again. Better off going to a hibachi or poke place to spend the same amount for better quality.

Went to Bento for a quick meal and I always have a great experience at this location. Callie served me and she was respectful and welcoming the whole time. The kitchen was fast and the dining room is always clean. I ordered the TNT roll and a Milk Boba tea which is my go to.

We had the tnt and crunchy sushi rolls. Tasted great for an okay price. Their sushi has a modern influence. It’s colorful with different flavors and sorta "fun". Their happy hour is 2-5pm Monday - Friday so we did not luck out as we went on the weekend. Overall good find

The food was great but it comes at a very high price. We got the garlic broccoli bowl with chicken, the hibachi bowl with chicken and steak and a hot and crispy chicken boa bun. Everything was delicious but the two bowls tasted nearly identical. There is not much variation here. The boa was good but it was not soft and steamed it was crispy and fried.
