SUP Noodle Bar is a great lunch spot in Irvine, especially if you’re already in the area running errands or charging a Tesla nearby like I was. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the steak plate with fries and rice. Everything came out hot and full of flavor—the steak was tender and well-seasoned, the fries were crispy, and the rice paired perfectly with their house green sauce, which is excellent. Portions are generous without being overwhelming, making it a really satisfying midday meal. The restaurant is located in a convenient shopping center with easy parking and sits right next door to ROL Sushi. Both spots are part of the same corporation, and you can tell the quality and consistency carry across. Quick service, relaxed atmosphere, and solid food—definitely a place I’d return to for lunch.

The broth had such rich, layered aromas, and the beef was not fatty and very tender — the texture was just perfect. The entire dining environment was very comfortable, and the service was attentive. They’ve truly elevated Vietnamese cuisine to another level. Absolutely wonderful— highly recommended!

The pho was super tasty! And I think you can even get free noodle refills, but one bowl was already enough for me. The garlic fried chicken was just okay, but the spring rolls were pretty good. 😎 By the way, the place was pretty busy. We got there around 12:40 on a Monday afternoon and waited about 40 minutes for a table.

The Pho and the garlic noodles were OK, the garlic noodle was luke warm. I ordered the Pho with short rib and other meats and it was good. Unfortunately the servers really didnt tend to my aid much, they were busy helping other customers. I thought they offer unlimited noodle but I guess not? They really didn't give me the opportunity to try out the unlimited noodle which was disappointing. Overall this place was an ok dining. Please work on your staff when it comes to customer service instead of ignoring them to sign in more overly crowded people.

Súp? My wife’s had this on her bucket list since they opened, and we finally checked it off. When it’s almost 90 degrees outside and the place is still packed with people eating hot soup, you know you’re in the right spot. We kicked things off with the egg rolls and filet mignon Lomo Saltado. The egg rolls were crispy perfection, and the garlic sauce? Strong enough you’ll want to grab a mint after). The Lomo Saltado was another win. Juicy filet, golden fries, and rice with just a hint of lemongrass. That little detail really lifted the whole dish and takes the rice from plain to insane. For the mains, we went with the Pho Rib Bones (slow-braised, fall-off-the-bone beef rib) and the Pho Anthony Bourdain. Listen, if they’re confident enough to name a dish after Anthony Bourdain, who defined adventurous food, then it’s going to be solid. Flat noodles, filet mignon, scallions, onions, garlic… and a broth so rich and flavorful you don’t need to add a thing (though a squeeze of lime sends it straight to another level - trust me). Noodles? Perfect. And yes, they’ll refill you with extra broth and noodles if you polish it off at no extra charge. Phonomenal on their part. If it’s this good in the heat of summer, I can only imagine how comforting it’ll be in the middle of winter. Tips for first-timers: In summer, aim for a table near the entrance. We were seated towards the back and it was HOT. And there are no reservations, but you can check in on Yelp ahead of time (if it works - it didn’t for us, but the wait was only 15 minutes).

Came on a Saturday night and there was an 80-120 minute wait which turned out to be more like 25 minutes so don’t be discouraged by the tablet at the entrance. Service, taste and atmosphere were great. Recommend getting a refill on the noodles (they’re included with purchase of Phó) and fish sauce to pour on the shaken house fries.

Excellent Food, Excellent Service, and Excellent Atmosphere. The broth was perfectly seasoned and delicious with little to no additions for flavor needed. They only serve Beef Broth, so their Tofu/Vegan Pho is still with Beef Broth.
