This is an absolutely must go to spot if you are in the area. Best Korean BBQ I’ve ever had. Evan and Steven should be commended for their hustle and team work

This plaza has it all. They have lots of traffic, food options, trendy restaurants, three popular markets, two bakeries, places to visit & shop,regular chains, and boba. Plus they have Tesla super chargers. Whoever owns this plaza should be super proud. They do a good job of bringing in more business and life to this area of the city. The plaza is clean and well maintained. It's a safe place to walk around as well. Parking on one side is plentiful, but on the newer is tight.

Loved this shopping plaza. Just like 1 stop shop, it has UPS, B of A, Chase, Tokyo Central market, Mitsuwa, Ralphs, Daiso and many great restaurants here but not enough parking. Lots of time I came and have to leave bc no parking. Otherwise it's a great plaza.

Many multicultural food offerings and markets. Haven't been here in a while and some of the places have been replaced, but it's still worth a visit.

As AR I check every details. While walking on the sidewalk next to Jax Bicycle Center at Heritage Plaza in Irvine last weekend, I noticed the ramp and had some safety concerns. The curb adjacent to the ramp should have a raised section, about 4 inches high, to act as a wheel stopper and prevent wheelchairs from accidentally rolling off. However, this could pose a tripping hazard for pedestrians. To address this, consider installing a handrail at the top of the curb to alert pedestrians of the height difference and provide additional support. According to ADA guidelines, ramps should have handrails on both sides if the rise is greater than 6 inches or the horizontal projection exceeds 72 inches. Some key points to emphasize in your feedback could include ¹ ²: Ramp Safety Features: Slope: Ensure the ramp's slope is gentle, with a maximum ratio of 1:12, meaning one inch of rise for every 12 inches of length. Landings: Verify that landings are level, at least 5 feet by 5 feet at turns, and 60 inches long for straight paths. Handrails: Install handrails on both sides of the ramp, 34-38 inches high, and continuous between ramp runs. Curb Design: Wheel Stopper: A raised curb or edge protection can prevent wheelchairs from rolling off the ramp. Pedestrian Safety: Ensure the design doesn't create tripping hazards for pedestrians. ADA Compliance: Familiarize yourself with the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines to ensure the ramp meets accessibility standards.
