Capital One Café

Capital One Cafe is currently running a promotion where Digital Wallet Pass users can get access to a FREE Coffee Pass to redeem until 12/31. I used this as an opportunity to not only enjoy a FREE coffee but to try Capital One Cafe for the first time. I’ve had friends introduce the place to me before, since then I’ve been to this Cafe twice. I didn’t expect the cafe to look to beautiful on the inside the first time I came. It’s a nice banking/cafe where people can come in to work, hang out, and enjoy the peace and quiet. I noticed many people there on their laptops working which lets me know this cafe is targeted for this type of atmosphere. I’ve visited twice. Shirley helped me the first time. She explained to me how the Coffee Pass worked, which drinks were included and that I could even try seasonal drinks with the pass too! She made my mocha generously FULL which is why I had to use two cups haha. Thanks Shirley for the extra coffee! The mocha was really good, I could have used a little sugar but overall I really loved the foam mixed with the flavor. I had to come back and get another one! The second time I came in, I didn’t see his name tag, but he wasn’t as kind and helpful as Shirley. He was more pushy and rude. I got another Mocha this time. I enjoyed it. I would come back for the coffee but maybe not the customer service.

One weekend afternoon, we visited the Capital One Café in Irvine with the kids, who have their own Capital One accounts. I wanted to show them how to deposit money and use ATMs. Many customers were enjoying the open space, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also offer a 50% discount on all drinks for Capital One cardholders, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

I had to deposit a check urgently after work so I made the long drive to the Irvine location and even though it was the closest location to me, it was still well over an hour. Immediately I was greeted by this gentleman and another service member named Lisa. Not only were they beyond helpful and answered my deposit questions but Lisa went above and beyond and offered me a free drink. It was sooo good! The atmosphere was overall friendly, clean and great service! Worth the long Drive! I appreciate that they stay open later than most banks since some of us get off late 🙂

It was my first time coming in to this cafe, yesterday around 3PM. I had a delicious verve iced latte. Despite the line of customers the baristas were very kind and super efficient with orders, I received my latte under a minute. The capital one ambassador Devon, helped me with direction towards good food places -as it was my first time visiting this plaza. Overall a great experience in the cafe, everyone is very warm and inviting!

Very cozy space to work, get financial guidance or just simply enjoy a coffee. The coffee staff have a great attitude and make delicious drinks. I tried their ham and cheese croissant, it was mouth watering.

This Capital One Cafe is conveniently located in the Spectrum Mall. It offers a nice hangout spot and as thus is somewhat more crowded than the regular Capital One Cafes. I got a Matcha Latte. It was decent, somewhat milkier than it strong.
