The pastries and drinks are solid, no complaints about the quality. But the experience can be frustrating. There’s usually only one cashier, the line is long, and having to order drinks separately at the kiosk just slows everything down. Bathrooms are also in need of attention. Good food, but the overall experience could be much better.

The space is clean and convenient, but I was surprised by the limited variety. The same breads were displayed on multiple trays, which made it feel repetitive. It seemed like they were trying to make it look full, but there were not many different options to choose from. It was especially disappointing not to see my favorite, Taiwanese Scallion Bread. I often find it In Summery Bakery. If you’re in the area and want something quick, it’s fine. But if you’re looking for a wide selection or something new to try, it might fall short.

85°C Bakery Cafe is always a great stop for fresh pastries and delicious drinks. The bakery offers a wide variety of breads, cakes, and snacks, all perfectly made and full of flavor. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is quick even during busy hours. Their pastries are soft, fresh, and reasonably priced, making it easy to try something new each time you visit. The coffee and specialty drinks are also excellent and pair perfectly with the bakery items. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves good pastries and great value!

Absolutely love this place! The pastries are always fresh and delicious — you can tell they put care into everything they bake. The Sea Salt Caramel Coffee is a flavor bomb: creamy, slightly sweet, with that unique salty twist that makes it unforgettable. The staff is friendly, efficient, and patient even when it gets busy. I've been coming to this place for over ten years. Every weekend we'd go over and enjoy food, drinks, and it was always a great experience. Recently, with their new remodel, all the food is no longer covered, the displays have been severely altered, and everything is crowded together. It makes getting any of the baked goods really difficult without bumping into people and the space feels much smaller than it used to because of that. Food also goes in the wrong spot because people pick it up and put it back anywhere, but before, they had enclosures and it kept everything fresh and easy to find. To top it off, they've gotten my order wrong the last three times I went. This time, we ordered plain Sea Salt Iced coffee. What I received in our order was two Iced Sea Salt coffee with chocolate? extra sugar? ice 90%? They had the rest of our order in the same tray ready to be taken, but that coffee we got was so terrible we threw it away. We live about 30 minutes away so we drive down every weekend to get it and bring it back. The quality has slipped and it's not nearly as good as it used to be. It wasn't even busy when we went in. Overall, used to be a five star rating across the board. Now? I worry they'll always get our orders wrong. What a shame.

Delicious Taiwanese bakery. Everything from we bought tastes superb. And it was hard to decide so we bought a few things. The cheese dog is delicious. The fluffy vanilla sponge with strawberry jam was good. The mini cheesecakes are worth a try. The chocolate mousse cake slice was my favourite. We even bought some bread.

I've been a fan of this place for almost a decade now. Service is great and everything in their menu is good. A lot of times, I don't even know what I am getting but being that everything I have tried there is good, I end up trying all these "new" stuff, and I have never been disappointed. I live hours away from this bakery, but that has never stopped me . I would either order online, or when I do have to go to OC, I would buy in bulk and just freeze them. Prices are affordable - "surprising" considering they look, and taste like they should cost more.
