Starbucks Coffee Company

I placed a mobile order at 0746 and when I arrived my drink was not ready. I literally waited 15min for 1 Frappuccino that I never received. The cars in the drive thru that arrived well after me received their orders. I asked for a refund after waiting so long and all I got was an apology. There were like 6 workers and never received order.

Something was very wrong with the Carmel crunch drink I got at this location. Extremely bitter and sour. Its getting tossed unfortunately. I will never return to this location. Hoping I don’t get sick from whatever they used in that drink that’s off.

Must,make sure they put the tops on good. They have cheap cups now. Thank God it happened when I picked up at the counter and not when I put it down in the car cup holder.

The ladies this morning were so sweet!! I don’t usually stop for coffee but I did today and it definitely started the new year off right! Made my morning!

Ordered a coffee traveler with 30 min of advance notice, and it was ready on time! Not only that, but it was generously set up with lots of the "additives." The customer service was great, too! I’m definitely coming back next time I need a coffee traveler. However, the line at the drive-up window is always long.

I come to this location pretty often and usually have a good experience. The drinks are consistent, and the staff is friendly and works hard to keep things moving, even when it’s packed. That said, the wait times can be a little long, especially during the morning rush or on mobile orders. I get that they’re busy, but it can be a bit of a slowdown when you’re in a hurry. Still, it’s a reliable spot when you want your go-to drink and a familiar atmosphere.

I had a less than stellar experience at this location. There were at least six people behind the counter when I arrived around 11am, and no one acknowledged me or even noticed me standing at the counter for at least two minutes. It doesn’t sound like a long time, but when you’re standing there watching them all with their back to you in silence, it makes for an awkward and uncomfortable start. Because no one saw me walk in, the barista who did eventually notice me started the conversation with an effort to charge me for the cup I brought in with me, then checked the shelf of their inventory to make sure I wasn’t lying about the fact that I already owned it. I ordered one of their sugar cookie lattes and it was so bitter, a far cry from the one I had at a different location this morning. Either the drink was made with the wrong espresso beans, or there is something wrong with their machine. They did call my name when my order was done, but no one bothered to even look at me when I approached, claimed my order, and thanked them, despite 3 people being snuggly cornered into that end of the bar. When they returned my cup to me, it had flavored syrup smeared across half of it that was sticky, made more complicated by the fact that they don’t offer paper towels in the restrooms and their napkins disintegrate with water. All in all, I can acknowledge my complaints boil down to first world problems, however, this is not the experience that Starbucks prides itself on as a company, and it left me disappointed. I’ll probably not visit this location again, since there are plenty of other options that provide a better experience.
