Andy's Frozen Custard

Poor customer service. I’m sure due to the area of town. I got a chocolate concrete with brownies. Barely any brownie, like at all. Lady was rude and said "I made it so I know it’s in there". All while I’m mixing it thoroughly to show her there is essentially no brownie in it. I just asked for some additional brownie topping and she said she couldn’t do that. So she just ended up remaking it(I think). I said thank you and she just closed the window on me. Like I was the worst person on earth. Polite the whole time. I mean cmon. I just paid $7 for a small cup of ice cream. Just want a proportional amount of toppings in it.

I was out thrifting in the middle of a September dog day so I decided to "treat" myself with an ice cool treat. The 87 concrete is fire (no pun intended) and definitely recommend it if you haven’t tried it already. Great service and great vibes from this location!

Excellent, fast service! Custard was excellent. One complaint is we Couldn't believe they didn't have whip cream for a sundae at a place like this. Will return 👍 I'm sure owner is happy about Wallys going in next door, should increase their sales big time

Long story short I asked them to remake my concrete I got from them. I also spent $30 just me and the kids eating some ice cream. The one they made for me was really sweet just asked them can they remake it with a little less toppings they told me no but they did give me a refund so I guess I just couldn’t eat there. You lose the product you lose my money, but you can’t remake it make it make sense. but this is what happens when your manager looks 17

My children & I love Andy's! It's a quick drive thru process if you don't want to get out! And, the custard if so good! The staff is always very friendly!
