The Corner

We order veggies with hummus as appetizers. The beets were so delicious. We both had the 8 ounce steak with a baked potato. It a candlelight dinner, it was very dark. We still enjoyed it, it was definitely romantic and the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs.

I took my wife here tonight for a special birthday dinner. I should have known better when I saw burnt out lightbulbs and heard how loud it was. We ordered drinks then waited 20mins for them to be delivered. The waiter was unfriendly and mildly rude when taking our order (tall guy short hair). I had the potato tacos which were sitting in a pool of grease, the wife had the short rib (no complaints). We got the butter cake to go which didn’t come until after we paid the bill. In the bag was a cup of melted ice cream (server didn’t tell us was in there), small container of crystallized caramel, and the butter cake itself which was as hard as a rock. After spending over $100 for two you would get a thank you as you walked out the door but even that didn’t happen. This place may have been good in the past but they have given up and just don’t care anymore. I COULD’NT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED! WHAT A SHAME.

First time here with dinner friends, it was nice, it's dimlighted and pretty spacious. We had the 48hr fries and bacon wrapped dates, they were good. I had the backyard burger which is cooked medium although I asked for medium well. It was still tasty. Then we order all 3 desserts and shared, those were yummy as well. The food didn't take that long to come out and the portions were good. I would go again.

Absolutely amazing! This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be returning. I loved everything from the appetizers to the main course and drinks. The 48 hour fries were simply mouthwatering and the tuna tartare tostadas delectable. Highly recommend!

The food was good, the service was okay but the vibe of this place was missing in action. No charm, no decor...bare walls...think prison cafeteria and that's The Corner. This was our 2nd visit...there won't be a 3rd. With all the choices of eateries in the area The Corner sinks to the bottom.

Been here several times. My last 3 birthday meals with my gfs. Always a good time. Last nite NOT Slow service. Food not up to par. The secret sauce tasted ‘off’ and as soon as I got home I started vomiting and am still! Food poisoning is always rough even more so on a special occasion 😡

A great place to eat if you want to spend a little bit more for high quality food and nice ambiance. Black leather booths and a candlelit atmosphere sets for a nice dinner date. Definitely recommend getting the 48 hour fries!
