IYKYK! Coffee Lab

Craft coffee shop bumpin energizing morning music with plenty of seating. Most exciting is they rotate guest bean roasters thru their cold brew, espresso and matcha offerings. When I was there the cold brew was Cat and Cloud Ethiopian natural. 13 hour steep. Solid choice. Cashier suggested their collab with a baker doing cream cheese infused bagel, bacon scallion garlic. Looks amazing. Worth a stop for sure for coffee fans that know just enough to be dangerous.

IYKYK Coffee Lab is an awesome spot. The coffee is seriously dialed in. Bold flavor, smooth finish, and it tastes like they actually care about every step from farm to cup. I ordered a latte and it was perfectly balanced with great texture and clean espresso. No burnt aftertaste, just really good coffee. The service was just as good as the drinks. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly, even when it was busy. The whole place has a cool coffee, music, and art vibe that makes you want to hang out and come back. Highly recommend if you want great coffee and great people.

Amazing coffee shop! My chaga cappuccino was incredible, and the bagel and donut were fresh and delicious. Service was fast and super friendly, and the overall quality was excellent. A perfect spot for great coffee, tasty snacks, and good vibes.

I’ve lived in Huntington Beach for three years, and I think I just found the most perfect coffee spot! My boyfriend and I are both super particular about our coffee, but the Honey Love and Salty Dog were absolute perfection. Chris was incredibly helpful and friendly — you can tell he’s a true HB local and that this place has a strong sense of community. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and they even offered our dog a little treat. We can’t wait to come back and try the drinks with the coffee art machine that makes designs on top — such a cool touch!

The worst "Strawberry Matcha" in the world. Or rather, the concept itself is the worst. You can’t call it strawberry matcha if you just toss three dry strawberry chips on top of regular matcha. That’s not strawberry, it’s a joke. The other matcha was better — sweet and milky — so I give 2 stars instead of 1. Still, very disappointing overall. The staff were friendly, but not attentive — I asked for less ice (as I always do because my teeth hurt from very cold drinks), yet they still filled it with tons of ice as usual.

We were down at the beach in Huntington and tried IYKYK. The first time we went, I got the You Salty Dog. It said it’s one of their most popular drinks. I thought it was good, but not something I’d crave. The next time we went, I got the Honey Love and really liked it. It has a great cinnamon flavor. I tried their sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and it was delicious. The kids liked the cookies. They’re cake-like, so make sure you like that style of cookie. We walked over from the beach. It’s also easy to park at Pacific City. You can get your ticket validated for the parking garage. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside at Pacific City. We went back to the beach to eat. There isn’t an ocean view from inside the coffee shop.

Hidden gem in Pacific City and Huntington Beach. Great selection of coffee drinks and teas. I had a Matcha latte with butterfly pea flower powder which was superb! Excellent quality of coffee used which made the espresso one of the best my husband ever had. Very willing to modify drinks to your taste!
