PHO CHANG THAI

We tried Pho Chang Thai for dinner last night for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! The place looks newly opened — the menus, tables, and seats all felt fresh and clean. While there weren’t many dine-in customers yet, there was a steady stream of pickup orders, which is always a good sign. We ordered the Thai Boat Noodle Pho, Gai Gra Tiem, Shrimp Salad Roll, Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango, and a Taro Milk Tea. Everything was delicious! Our absolute favorites were the Pho and the Sticky Rice. The broth in the Pho was rich, flavorful, and comforting — you can tell it’s made with care. And the mango sticky rice? Easily comparable to the ones we’ve had in Thailand! Service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. This place definitely deserves more dine-in traffic. If you’re in the area and craving Thai food, give them a try — we’ll absolutely be back!

Had their Lao Papaya Salad, Pad Thai and Salt and Pepper Shrimp. The papaya was so amazing it was the best I've had in Oregon I would say! Pad Thai was great the texture of the noodles were good and very saucy. Salt and pepper shrimp was fresh and crunchy! Overall everything was delicious also esthetically pleasing. Great portion 10/10 recommend!

Incredibly delicious! We enjoyed the #2 Pho with beef, tendon, meatballs, and more. The broth was very flavorful and not overly salty as at other places. The Pad See Ew was perfect with generous portions of meat. The fried rice was also very nicely done. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, bringing us extra bowls and plates for sharing. We had a very nice Mother's Day weekend lunch here! The restaurant is very spacious. Plenty of parking.

My husband and I were looking for a spot to eat and saw the reviews. We are so glad we decided to try it. He had Pho and I had the Chicken Pad Thai. Both were some of the best we have had. The food came out pretty quick and it was very fresh and hot. The customer service was great and a very clean establishment. We will definitely be back to try more!

A little skimpy on the meat but Thai Boat Pho broth (seems different, more rich and darker than other pho there) is the most delicious pho broth I’ve ever had! The pork rinds in the pho were also delicious and a welcome addition.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats last night as I have dome many times. My Chicken Yakisoba was inedible. Whether it was oyster sauce or fish sauce that was used in the dish, I’m not sure….but it was WAY too much. I mean WAY WAY too much. It tasted like I was eating a fish dish, and not a chicken dish. Not sure if I’m going to give them another chance, as it was a waste of $20 and a horrible dish.

Second time trying out this restaurant and they do not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and check on you often. The food are delicious and great portion size. Our first time we tried their pho, papaya salad, crazy wings, and pad see ew. This time we tried their boat noodles and red curry. Everything tasted so perfect.
