Gong Cha Super G Mart

My family ordered strawberry matcha, caramel chocolate, mango yogurt, and lemon ai-yu. Everything was so delicious and we would definitely go back!!🥰 And the employees were super sweet!

I went to this facility today and ordered two large drinks and three medium size drinks, but received all 5 medium size drinks. One of the drinks was supposed to be an Earl grey tea, not an earl grey milk tea, but there was milk. We were on the go to an event. I contacted the facility, but they refuse to partially compensate or try for work with me on a solution. :/ pictures for size reference and labels are shown. One Star. Update 9/5/2025: Gong cha personally contacted us to acknowledge past order mistakes, expressed sincere apologies, and as part of their solution, offered complimentary bobas equal to the amount spent during our last visit, to be redeemed on our next visit. Gong Cha is the most authentic Asian boba in Greensboro, which is sad because I wish there was a local place and not a chain. Still, it’s hard to expect authentic Asian boba shops when there’s not a large Taiwanese population in the area. Their drinks are good, especially their tiger sugar drink. The boba is soft and chewy. Decent spot!

From New York, adjusting in greensboro has been legit with less korean/ asian dessert places and cafes. Thank God for Gongcha in Gmart! the owner is really professional and super devoted to providing great quality. I dont like going to places knowing they use tap water but this gongcha uses clean filtered water from a reliable company! our favorite is the strawberry yogurt drink with popping jelly and the strawberry creme brulee with boba! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Gong cha is one of the best boba franchises out there and I’m glad to see one in Greensboro. I ordered the Mega lychee tea cup and it was really good w/white popping pears. They put a lot of ice in there though and you cannot adjust how much ice you want either. It for sure is pretty taxed. $30 for 3 drinks w/ the other two i got being large and nothing else extra in them. I even used my $5 rewards I had on my account. This is located inside of an Asian supermarket w/a grand exchange type of vibe. There’s like 3-4 different stores inside the supermarket next to gong cha. Energy is cool. Employees are friendly. Would recommend and would come back.

When I first saw this inside Super G mart i knew I couldn’t skip but try it. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious. I forgot to tell them ti not make it too sweet but it was good even with that amount of sugar. I went there again and tried bunch of different drinks and off them all the matcha was my favorite.
