Joy Grill

The best korean restaurant to ever exist! I love their food and their friendly environment! I heard they moved out of golf mill mall & got their own restaurant! I'm really proud of them! I stopped by with my mom for some lunch and everything was amazing! We got the shrimp fried rice, beef short ribs, & chicken bimbibap! The taste of them were really delicious and it comes with a side of salad! There is also a water fountain for those who want! The beef short ribs are juicy and packed with flavor! Definitely a perfect day to stop by for some lunch! I felt very welcomed and I'm really warmed by their smiles! I will come back to eat their great food

I don’t usually write Google reviews which is probably why it has taken me so long to write this review - honestly it’s years overdue. My family and I have been coming here, going way back to when it was known as Joy Korea (iykyk) in Golf Mills, to the point where we became friendly with the owner and staff. I remember craving this place during college and having it as my first meal when visiting home. We appreciate the large portion sizes, and of course, the quality of the food is amazing and so consistent. I always always get the spicy pork (and end up stealing my family’s spicy chicken breast because it’s too good to pass up). We were so excited to hear they were getting their own place because we were worried about what would happen to our go-to place with Golf Mills getting demolished. The kindest and most warm people here with great service, we would highly recommend to everyone. (Sorry we didn’t have more pics, we usually end up inhaling our food as soon as it comes to our table lol.) Congrats to Joy Grill on this new location! Delicious food,generous portions and great options for substitution’s. The Japchae was extremely filling. Everything taste that it is made with the upmost quality products. Employees are very kind and make the eating experience very pleasant. Come here on an empty stomach leave with a smile.

Went for lunch special + had a delightful experience. Food is prepared to order with caring staff wanting everything correct. Food was ample, delicious + prepared/presented beautifully. For a casual spot, it was exquisite as well as the restaurant being incredibly clean. Will definitely be back very soon.

The food is sooo good. I typically like to get their spicy pork. The grilled meat has a really nice slight smoky flavor that you can’t really find elsewhere. Their katsu is really good as well and the fried rice. Highly recommend getting the spicy pork and switching out the white rice with fried rice. It’s a little extra but definitely worth it. The salad that comes with the meal is also really good and fresh.

This place has AFFORDABLE DELICIOUS HEALTHY FRESH FOOD! I loved this place in the mall and so happy they have a storefront. My favorite Korean spot !

The Staff is so nice and sweet. Felt very welcomed here. The beef short ribs are amazing.
