Picked up the sushi dinner and chicken fried rice to go from JP’s House, and everything turned out really well. The order was ready right on time and packaged neatly, so it stayed fresh by the time I got home. The sushi was tasty and had good flavor, while the chicken fried rice was seasoned well and cooked perfectly—not too oily, but still full of flavor. Overall, a smooth and easy takeout experience with quality food. I’d definitely come back again to try more of the menu.

Quick Overview: TLDR: Food 2/10 | Service 6/10 | Atmosphere 5/10 | Price 2/10 I just want to start by saying that I am not a picky eater, but this place was a major disappointment. How it is getting 4.5 stars on Google is beyond me, as that's what lead me to initially try the place. I came here with my girlfriend and she had the Filet Mignon over vegetables while I had the bento box a sushi appetizer. The sushi that we split was very mediocre and neither of us cared for it. It tasted like they were using imitation crab meat and it was warm, which for the price we paid, is just unacceptable. The bento box had tempura fried shrimp, white rice, steak, and sushi rolls. The sushi was just flat out bad on the bento box and tasted like sushi from a gas station. The tempura shrimp also wasn't great and while it didn't have a nasty fishy taste, it totally lacked any meaningful flavor. The filet mignon was the best thing on the box and while it looks fantastic in the photos, it didn't pack the flavor I was expecting. It was at least tender, but it just tasted off. My girlfriend also did not like her filet mignon that was on her dish either, so I knew it wasn't just my imagination. Neither of us liked our meal and for over $70 we will not be coming back. Very unimpressed. I had high hopes because it looked like my kind of place but it really sucked. Plenty of great places that have much better food for less.

I really wanted to like this Japanese food. I don't eat sushi SO this rating is on the Hibachi menu. The rice is rice, it's fine. But, there is some FUNKy tasting glaze on their vegetables & meats in the Hibachi. I tried it last year & wasn't impressed so I tried it again today, thinking maybe it was just me having a bad day. Nope. Not me. It is the food. I'm glad someone likes them, they've been around awhile But for Japanese Hibachi I'll never get it anywhere but Sake. Or in a rush; Sakura.

I have eat here often and had always had great service and food UNTIL I came in for a late lunch (2:30)Waiting to be seated, a man (not a gentleman) rushed up and said that we couldn’t be served because they were closing for lunch. When I questioned why it’s posted that they close at 3:00. He then very rudely stated that the kitchen closes at 2:30 and they have to eat too. Well maybe you should post that information correctly instead of being so rude to what use to be a loyal customer. A successful establishment should know better.

JPS House is hands-down my favorite sushi spot around here. Their Forest Roll is my obsession! The jalapeño in it gives the perfect little kick, and it’s honestly one of the best rolls I’ve ever had. Their sushi is always fresh, flavorful, and way better than anything else in the area. Every visit is consistently good, and the quality never misses. If you’re a sushi lover, you have to try JPS House. You won’t regret it!

This place is absolutely wonderful, i would completely ignore all these negative reviews. They clearly do not know good food when they get It ! It is Truly the best meal everytime I go, and their sushi/rice is top tier. Please don’t ever close 💓💓💓💓

Love this spot! I love the chicken and shrimp hibachi combo. My husband always switches up what he gets but always enjoys his choices! The service here is wonderful as well and we have never had a bad experience. A must try!
