⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing time dining at HaiDiLao Hot Pot in Frisco, Texas! From the moment we walked in, the energy was upbeat and inviting — the kind of place that immediately puts you in a good mood. The atmosphere was fun, lively, and filled with the sound of people laughing, cooking, and enjoying themselves. It’s the perfect spot for groups, date nights, or anyone who loves an interactive dining experience. Our waiter, Dylan, made the evening even better. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly knew his way around the menu. He helped us pick the best broth and ingredients for our table, and then surprised us by creating a custom dipping sauce that was out of this world — hands down the best we’ve ever had! It had just the right balance of spice, tang, and flavor that took everything up a notch. Between the fresh ingredients, great service, and fun, social vibe, we’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Dylan and the entire team for making it such a memorable experience.

I really enjoy eating at Haidilao. My family and I have been living in Dallas for over a year, and we've mostly chosen Haidilao. We love the service, the ambiance, and the food. We especially love their condiment station, which has a wide variety of seasonings and snacks. The staff are all very friendly, especially Velen. She's incredibly attentive and considerate. We never have to lift a finger to prepare the food, and she always cleans up any trash on the table. She's always attentive to our needs and very polite. She's truly dedicated. I want to give Velen a thumbs up! I'll be coming every week from now on, otherwise I'll miss her service, haha.

I recently visited Haidilao with my mom late at night for some hotpot on a cold day, and it really hit the spot. The restaurant was welcoming, and our server, Christian Nguyen, was incredibly friendly. He was very patient with us since it was our first time at Haidilao. Christian took the time to explain how everything worked, helped us choose our soup bases (we were admittedly a bit indecisive), and even walked us through the free membership rewards program, which actually ended up discounting a good portion of our meal. The meat itself was fresh and flavorful, though definitely on the pricier side. I noticed the menu had several deals and combo options, giving us plenty to choose from, but we ended up ordering separate meat plates instead. Our favorites were definitely the Angus beef tongue and the Angus boneless short rib, both of which were tender and perfect for hotpot. As with any good hotpot spot, there was a make-your-own sauce bar and a free dessert jelly bar, which we took full advantage of 😋 Overall, my mom and I had a wonderful time, loved the recommendations, and really appreciated the level of service we received. Although we ordered a little too much, our server provided to-go boxes and cups for both the soup bases and meat, allowing us to enjoy the hotpot again later. Little toy figures were also provided. We would happily come back again.

We’re trying hotpot for the very first time, and Gaby was truly our savior today! She took the time to patiently explain how everything works and made us feel completely comfortable. Her recommendations were absolutely spot on — we tried the tomato, tom yum, and mushroom soup bases, and every single one was delicious. We loved them to the core! Gaby was so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. She kept checking in on us, made great suggestions, and ensured we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thanks to her, our first hotpot experience was memorable and so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

HaiDiLao Hot Pot Frisco never disappoints! The food is always incredibly fresh and flavorful, and there’s such a great variety of ingredients to choose from. Our servers, Dylan and Travis, were absolutely awesome, attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even better. Every visit feels like a treat, and the quality and service are consistently top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hot pot done right!

This is the branch of original Chinese HaiDiLao. Authentich Chinese Hot Pot experience. Quality of the meat is amazing, all the variations of hot soups are great. Free dessert bar with items brought in from China or made with same standard. They also have the same robot, decorations and entertainment.
