Tried Milk & Honey Cafe food for the first time and WOW! We were looking for a good Taiwanese food after traveling back from Taiwan and this place surpassed all expectations! Beef noodle soup - to die for - so flavorful and the meat was so tender! Chicken steak was one of the best ones we’ve ever had & the cucumber salad was so refreshing! Will be back!

My family and I have been going to Milk and Honey for the past 10-15 years and have always had a good experience. If you buy a bento box, there’s a high chance that you’ll get a free drink. As a Taiwanese person myself, I can tell you this is authentic. Some dishes I would highly recommend trying: Taiwanese beef noodle soup, pork feet bento, miso hot pot, taiwanese stir fried vermicelli, and Taiwanese sausage bento. There are a lot of really delicious dishes there, and if you’re ever in Fremont, you should definitely stop by!

I went out to lunch with my friend on Sunday. The restaurant itself has a very unusual vibe, very welcoming, it feels like you are a part of a huge family. The food was delicious, they had vegan options - please confirm it with your server- and served quite large portions. We even got a dessert at the end. They have treats available for purchase and I saw many people coming in for their Boba. They offer lunch specials and the best thing is that they don't close for lunch, so you don't have to worry about finishing your meal fast if you stop by for a late lunch. Free parking lot around the restaurant. The restroom was clean and well maintained. Will be back 🙂

I liked it. The menu has many options. The beef noodle soup tasted clean and the fried rice was solid.

What a warm, welcoming, authentically Taiwanese experience. From the karaoke videos playing to aunties encouraging you to eat more, and the friendly staff, we had a great experience. The stinky tofu was legit stinky, and the bentos were generous in size. I will definitely be back!

Milk and Honey Cafe is by far one of the BEST Taiwanese restaurants I’ve been to by region — because to be honest, there aren’t that much Taiwanese restaurants left in the Bay Area, especially in Fremont. They’re owned by our very own District 1 Councilmember, Teresa — and have been such a staple part of the Ardenwood and North Fremont community (even people who live in Irvington and Warm Springs make the drive just to have such soulful food like Milk and Honey!).

The last time I went, we had to wait a teeny bit, but the wait wasn’t too long — maybe at maximum 10 minutes when the restaurant is FULL of patrons, especially on the weekends. The best time to avoid the restaurant is usually at 6:30pm (which is the peak time when most people get off or have most of their activities done). Equally impressive is the cafe's commitment to serving good food, with a menu that showcases a mix of classic and innovative dishes. Ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, guaranteeing both quality and flavor in every bite. The diverse menu offers something for everyone, from hearty breakfast options to delicious coffee, making it a favorite among locals and newcomers alike. Patrons often rave about the cafe's signature dishes, which reflect meticulous attention to detail in both presentation and taste. At Milk and Honey Cafe, the combination of excellent hospitality and delightful cuisine ensures a memorable dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

Authentic Taiwanese restaurant, located in northern Fremont in an unassuming, small shopping plaza. Beef noodle soup was flavorful, but it had too much noodles. The stinky tofu was bland, unless you use the sauce. The pig blood was interesting, but again needed the sauce or else was bland. Fast and friendly service. Small parking lot.
