Huge portions and the broth was super clean! The kkakdugi and kimchi were amazing too 😋 I’d definitely recommend the chicken kalguksu 🍜 they really know how to cook chicken here 🙆♀️ Next time I’m totally trying the Dak-baeksuk!
On cold days Soup noodle is great dish to have. I’ve been going to this restaurant for a a long time and they were consistently good. It’s good but nothing too special since I live 45 minutes away and it’s hard to find street parking. We waited about 15 min. Kalguksu was made w fresh noodle and seafood pancake was crispy.
The chicken noodle soup was really good but a bit too large. The kimchi and radish was fresh and delicious.
Was recommended to try this place out. Really had high hopes. But the food was really lacking flavor and the chicken noodle soup didn’t taste fresh. Ive tried better seafood pancake elsewhere. The service was also very slow and the dishes didn’t look that clean either. Will not be returning.
Love the food, got the chicken hand pulled noodles and seafood pancake. The food was so delicious, I almost couldn’t stop eating. If I wasn’t full, I would have just kept going. The portion is pretty big and nice. I love their kimchi and kimchi raddish, to me it’s perfect. The staff were so nice and responsive. Would give 10 stars if I could
I caught a flu and like any good Korean, had to look for some samgaetang to inject myself w some chicken nutrients. The samgaetang (ginseng chicken soup) was pretty good but I recommend the ddak juuk (chicken porridge). Def will check this place out next time I'm sick or just need some chicken nutrients. My only problem was that it was so pricey, but I guess comparing it w/ korea prices arent fair. Also double check your receipt because I had a ghost charge of 5$, which I wouldn't have noticed if it weren't for my eagle eyed 🦅 dad.
It's a small shop with big bowl of noodles. Prices average around $14 a bowl and these are big bowls. The soup base is aromatic and tasty, especially the chicken noodle, you can tell they spent a lot of time and ingredients in it. They have choices is flat noodle or long noodle, the soup base is somewhat interchangeable. Definitely try their seafood pancake. Street parking only.
