I ordered some tacos from Gorditos Rust Belt, let me say this b4 I start I never hate anyone I want everyone to shine, however, these tacos were small and were not seasoned, and the pickle fries were cool with ketchup, I tried a beer flight for $5, it's a mystery flight so you would never know what you're getting again I would have to try different flavors but these 5 were not in my flavor profile, I'm not discouraging anyone from trying the test kitchen. I think the one trick pony may well be the type of food that I enjoy the most. So go enjoy.

This place is a NO SERVICE "restaurant", that automatically adds a lage TIP to your order. I didn't see the tip until after I submitted the order. My friends said they had to decline a tip. A tip is for service based restaurants, everybody knows that, right? Food flavors are fine, but it's burgers, wings, bla bla bla. This a gross set up where food orders (ordered off a kiosk or your phone) no wait staff, no order taker, etc. Then open, uncovered food is randomly placed on a counter, or a corner of a counter, wherever they can find awaiting anyone to come and have to touch, finger and breath over the food items to see if it's theirs or not. No number cards, or human protecting your expensive food from being contaminated or just taken by others. Just gross! We were going to a game after, so too late to just leave and go somewhere else to eat. I had driven 3 hours to get there and had not eaten, so i was excited to enjoy a good burger. So, after talking to a manager who did offer my food for free, which I refused and paid full price including the fraudulent, unauthorized tip because i wasn't looking for free food. If this was an off night, i wouldn't say a word, but this is just the way this place works. Out of towners deserve to know what a gross place this is. if you like paying a 20% tip for ordering and then picking up your own food that may have been handled and touched by random patrons, this place is for you! Even worse, it was actually busy, how? Shame on the people of Fishers for letting places like this exist. We all work for our money and should expect good value in return when paying for things. Expect more people! This place is attached to Sunking Brewery, so I'm judging them as well. Slow service at a beer place is ridiculous. How hard is it to pour glasses and pitchers of beer? They ran out of pitchers! Looking around and only a couple tables even had pitchers on them. What a joke and way to ruin peoples evenings. Never again. Also, I'm never allowing my friends from Fishers to recommend eateries again, they know who they are. They have been brain washed that being ripped off is just part of life now.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and was impressed with the variety and uniqueness of the food. From burgers to quesadillas, everyone should be able to find something to try. My wife and I decided to split the nachos which we really enjoyed. They put a unique spin on them, with a tasty slaw and peach sauce which really made them one of a kind. And the portion was more than enough to share. Definitely give the food a try here next time you're visiting Sun King!

Rarely do I post reviews but we used to love going to the Test Kitchen. We went last night and one, the pickle fries didn’t even have pickles except maybe one. My burger patty was not even a full one, almost like half of one and mostly lettuce. Then it was the kids eat free night so we ordered a chicken meal and never got it. So we had to make another order. We’ll be back for the beer, but the food quality and standards have really gone downhill. Small changes would make a huge impact.

Try the One Trick Pony - great burgers! I ate mine too fast to get a pic. The place is like a high end food court... mixed with a beer garden. Great place for pickup / delivery, or if you can score a table... sit and enjoy. We got several things from 3 of the restaurants. Tonight, the first kitchen had pizzas... lots of food truck like options.

Enough food options to satisfy just about everyone. Only complaint is that sometimes vendors rotate through fairly quickly (which I think might be the point?) and I either cannot try them again or sometimes never get the opportunity. Honestly though the smashburger at One Trick Pony is so good it wouldn't be a problem to just eat that every time I visit.

It was so good I went back for a second go round the day after they opened. Korave (Korean BBQ) was absolutely incredible, the seating was nice and spacious both upstairs and downstairs. Sounds like the chef's will be there for 2 years, looking forward to frequenting this place for their delicious Korean food during that time.
