Ichi Kaku

we stopped in for lunch today and can definitely say this is by far the best ramen in Fayetteville! my husband even said that outside of actual Japan, this was the best bowl of ramen he’s had. the pork was beautifully cooked and absolutely melted in your mouth. I had the beef & rice bowl and it was delicious, but I am kicking myself for not getting the tonkatsu ramen. we will be back for sure! 🤩

I love coming here even though it’s almost 2 hr away from where I live, but Everytime I come here it is never a disappointment the taste is always amazing. Due to being 2hrs away I bought the frozen Ichi-kaku ramen and ate it today at it taste just like if I was there in person. props to the owner for letting me experience his cooking from my own home. とても美味しい 🫰🏻😋

This place is fantastic. This is one of the most authentic tasting ramens I have had in a long time. I'm excited to come back and try the other ramens. The pork was tender and delishes. The mushrooms fresh and noodles cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Josh was helping with to-go and running food. He was extremely knowledgeable on the food as well as the computer. I personally like the computers to order your food as it is common practice in Japan so it helped add to the experience. I drove one hour to experience this ramen and it was worth every bit of a two hour round trip.

My son and I went for dinner here the other night. I've wanted to try them just haven't had the chance. We were not disappointed at all. Walking in the smell is amazing and ordering our food was very easy on the touch screen. We ordered 2 apps the takiyoki which I probably didn't spell right and my son got a rice ball. For our main my son got a spicey pork ramen bowl and I got shrimp with fried rice. I was worried it might take a few to get our food but that was not the case at all. Everything came very quickly and was absolutely phenomenal. The owner/chef is an awesome guy that came to our table and complimented my son for how he eats his ramen. The food was all so spectacular and the environment was top notch. I'm definitely recommending this place to everyone.

You can easily walk in and order on the screen kiosk, they will bring food to you for dining in or takeout. The Ramen and beef bowls were delicious. Plenty of drink options. Great customer service.

Best ramen around here!!!! 10/10! Easy to order at the kiosk, delicious homemade lemonade, & friendly staff too. I wish I ordered extra noodles because their home made noodles are PERFECTION!

My husband and I drove 3hrs to come here and it did not disappoint, this was the most amazing food and experience we had. Everything was made fresh and staff was super friendly. My husband says we might have to move to North Carolina because of this restaurant.
