Bento Factory

We went here for dinner. We tried the Teriyaki chicken, #1 Bento box, beef ribs and some sushi. All were brought out to our table fresh as they were made. It presented well. The beef ribs were a little fatty, but they're ribs. Good flavor. No wasabi was brought out with the sushi. Everything was ok, nothing spectacular. The place was clean.

Great food and restaurant atmosphere! I love places that have a cozy vibe rather than 💯 modern. My parents and I ordered the Bento #1 Lunch Special that had Chicken Teriyaki, 4 piece California Rolls, rice and salad. Amazing!

Excellent establishment with a specialty for frying foods with a passion. Sushi was mid but everything else slapped so go nuts on the teriyaki and tempura (though the tempura was a little thick) Overall the vibes took my weird sour day and made me satisfied. They have a super neat water machine too.

Fantastic food! My dad and I go about once a week. The menu is a little hard to read, and the staff are busy, but it is worth it. I recommend the B2 (box 2) with the Chicken Katsu, or the Tofu fried rice.

6/5 Stars!!! They get the 6th star for consistency I’ve ate at Bento Factory for over 10 years, and I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review. First and foremost, the quality of the ingredients and how they are prepared is always top notch here. The gyoza is always piping hot, perfectly crispy, and wonderfully balanced in filling. All the teriyaki and stir fry items are always delicious, without an excess amount of sauce to drown the meat (not too little either). The service is always warm and pleasant, even through different staff who I’ve encountered through the years. The lady up front currently is so friendly. Service is always lightning fast, too, which is a big plus. Finally, the atmosphere is very laid back, but refined, and most importantly… CLEAN. Some places you go to, you’ll find boxes, sauce jars, etc. scattered everywhere… NOT HERE! They do a great job of maintaining a very pleasant dine-in ambience, where you don’t feel in a rush to eat and leave. All in all, I would 100% recommend coming here to satisfy your next bento night!!!
