Poke Doke

This was my First time attending Poke Doke! Upon entering the staff greeted me made me aware of what was not available and when it would be which was just a few moments. Big thumbs up for communicating to your customers Effectively. I ordered a regular bowl of brown rice with three protein(tuna, salmon, and shrimp) some toppings the mild ponzu sauce eel sauce and spicy mayo, all I was missing was the avocado, but this was definitely so good to me! <3 The store did not have a stinky fish smell or any bathroom smell. The restaurant was clean the staff was nice and the food didn’t have any weird or awkward taste. The sauces have so much flavor set the bowl off. I’ll be back!

I’ve gone here three times in the last week. Each time it’s fresh and delicious I’ve already told everyone at work about it. If mercury poisoning wasn’t a thing k would honestly eat here everyday

I have eaten here before And this time will be the last. I generally DoorDash Today it arrived hot and the fish was green and blue with a strong odor. Called the shop they said " ok I’ll tell the fish chef " and then hung up on me. They offered no solutions. Thankfully I noticed it before I ate it.

I wish I lived closer! I live in La Mesa, but any time I get a poke craving, this is where I end up. Im a little sad I didnt take a picture of my food, it truly was picture perfect, but I devoured every scrap of the 4x protein half rice/half salad poke bowl! I like good food, and yes, I could maybe find a poke franchise closer to home. But, I like this spot. I dont doordash, I dont ubereats, I drive my happy appetite where it leads me. I for one, cant get enough of this place.

This is a very nice place. I took my son, who likes this kind of food as much as I do. They do sushi as well as poke but we went for the poke. It was awesome! Clean store. Friendly people and fresh products. I had mine on salad and we ain't talking iceberg lettuce, we are talking greens...good stuff! The sushi chef came out with his lunch and it looked really tasty. Appreciate the great service. Always good! Update: had sushi this visit! Excellent food and a free little bowl of miso soup. Excellent hospitality and they even LOWERED sushi prices!!

To be clear, I ordered Uber eats. I skipped through reviews there before I actually opened and tasted the food. I got the "crunch" roll and it literally has shoestring potato crisps on it. What even is that? I kind of dont even want to eat it. Picture shows crispy tempura crumbs, idk how this is a valid substitution. There's tempura shrimp inside, so really not sure why this is what it is.

This place is first of all super cute and well decorated. The staff is super nice and friendly and always willing to help! The food is absolutely delicious, from their Philadelphia roll to their bulgogi cup, everything tastes fresh and very filling. For the portion the price is reasonable. I work at the dispensary a block away and come here for lunch virtually everyday and I don’t get tired of it. I alternate from sushi, to poke to a meat rice bowl <3 they’re all worth a try!
