Chubby's

After seeing a facebook post about Chubby’s offering delivery, we decided to place an order as we had been meaning to try it for a while! We typically are not fans of third party delivery sites, so it was a major selling point for us. We ordered a variety and everything was absolutely delicious! The Chicago hotdog was full of tomatoes, pickles, spicy peps, and lots of mustard, and while I don’t know the authenticity of it, it sure tasted good. We also got the Seattle hotdog, which had cream cheese, sriracha, and jalapeños on it. I loved the sweet and spicy combination! We got an order of the cheddar dusted curly fries which are my new favorite fries (think arby’s mixed with taco bell fries) on the side of one of the hot dogs. Next, we decided to try two different sliders. We got the bulgogi sliders, which had a great sauce and a flavorful patty, and my personal favorite, the Banh Mi sliders. The pork was delicious and tender, the sauce plenty, and lots of sweet crunchy veg. I could eat like 10! We also got an order of the chicken tenders as I always crave a tender that is nice and crunchy and it definitely got the job done! Overall, we were super satisfied with our food and the ability to have it delivered. The owner delivered our order himself and when I tried tipping extra, he denied and asked for an honest review of the food instead. We will definitely order again soon!

Straight fire! I got the cheeseburger egg rolls, Banh Mi slider, and the Korean toast slider—and everything was hella bomb. I wish I had tried it before I had to leave town, ’cause I definitely would’ve ordered more to go. A friend recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. Next time I’m back, I’m pulling up and ordering a whole bunch. This is the kind of food that would hit perfect after a drunk night out. And the prices? You seriously can’t beat them, especially for those sliders. If you’re into spice like me, don’t forget the hot sauce—it takes everything to the next level. Everyone’s got their own taste buds, but for me? This place was hella good. Hope this review helps someone else find a new go-to spot!

By far the best fast food in Eau Claire. The food is always fast and fresh and the service is great. I love the community photo wall they put together. The only bad thing about Chubbys is that they aren't open 24/7.

Amazing food and it’s super delicious. Friendly and kind staff as well. The owners were very sweet. Dinning here at Chubby makes you feel welcome like home and feels like you’re part of them.

The atmosphere would be a 5 star but everyone should know before going, there are a couple of seats to eat inside but it is more of a place to pick up your order. There is seating outside but when winter comes I'll just be doing carry out, like today. Delicious food and reasonable prices! I know when more people find out about this little hidden gem it'll become even more busier. But I definitely don't want this place leaving. So hungry for a simple burger? Tired of getting fast food burgers costing $8+ and flavor is blah? Sure they are sliders but 2 for under $7? The variety of egg rolls, sliders, hot dogs and the 5 flavors to add to your fries are worth trying once! And again and again to try everything on the menu! Owner does need to update the hours of operation and menu. Very convenient to order off a screen in Chubby's. Paying with cash? No problem. A person can ring you up and/or the owner might come out to conversate with you. And I'll probably see you there in my pajamas because I work overnights and just woke up to order tonight's dinner!

Now one of my favorite spots in Eau Claire. We went back the day after we found them and will be back often. Unprovoked, they took care of an issue for us with absolute kindness - we've already told multiple people to get down here. 10/10

I tried the Bahn Mi sliders and Mekong egg rolls. They were soooooo good! My fiance had the burria egg rolls and the bulgogi slider. We both agreed on the Bahn Mi slider being better and we're tied on the who preferred which eggrolls. The last time he ordered he got the backyard slider and liked that even more than the bahn mi but they were out today. Overall very fast and absolutely delicious
