Starbucks Coffee Company

I stopped by the Starbucks on Main Street and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming which made the visit even better. The inside of the store was very clean, comfortable and nicely set up making it a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or get some work done. Definitely one of the nicer Starbucks locations I have been to.

I am a big Starbucks fan and the renovation they recently did at the East Hampton store is very attractive, but it's so much less practical than the prior layout. I don't know if they are purposely declaring war on those of us that like to sit with our laptop, but they have removed almost every possible place you could comfortably plant yourself with a coffee and a sandwich and work for a while. This is what I used to do sveral times a week and it was a real pleasure, and an important part of my life. When you look around the store now, people are still trying to use their laptops, but they're so uncomfortable because the machines are resting on their knees, which is not good ergonomics. It would be so easy for Starbucks just place two or three small cafe tables at those benches and then the problem would be solved. There would still be plenty of lounge-style seating for those who just want to chat with friends. Given that starbucks claims to want to be that "third place" in people's lives, which in my life it has been, I think this is a big missing.

The East Hampton Starbucks is hands-down one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with genuine smiles and fast, friendly service. Even during busy summer mornings, they keep the line moving quickly without compromising quality. The drinks are always made perfectly—my iced coffee with cold foam came out smooth and balanced every time. The interior is clean and comfortable, with a modern vibe that fits right in with the Hamptons aesthetic. It’s a great place to grab your favorite drink and relax for a bit or take it to go while exploring the town. The location is super convenient, and the team behind the counter really seems to care about creating a good experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this Starbucks is a reliable go-to for top-tier coffee and excellent customer service.

I have never had a bad drink at Starbucks until now! Terrible Carmel macchiato. I honestly think they forgot the espresso. Luckily I got a refund on the App.

Everyone is so nice in there, especially Veronica and Diego. Always so quick, happy n friendly. Yes! 5 stars!!!
