Flame Broiler

I was craving a chicken bowl and this was nearby. Solid spot for bbq chicken and other meats. I had a chicken/veggie bowl with extra chicken and it was delicious. Nice and healthy with a little bit of their teriyaki sauce. Quality chicken and vegetables too. I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.

absolutely the worst tasting flame broiler I’ve ever had. The rice was weird tasting, overcooked, and squiggly looking for some reason?? And the chicken had so much extra skin and fat on it. Disgusting food, inedible. I would never eat at this location again. I honestly threw it out it was that bad. I’ve never experienced food this bad at flame broiler ever lol. 0/10

3rd time here. Each time, no smile, no hello, no goodbye, nothing. Cashier and cook look annoyed and bothered. Chicken is always good, but tried the angus RIB? Rubbery and had too much sauce on them. A better attitude and smile can make a whole lot of difference. Will look for another Flame Broiler.

Bad customer service, I payed with a credit card and after he found out I didn't give him a tip everything changed. When I received my food it was thrown it to a bag and also thrown to me. What do this people think that they are getting a tip for a minute that he was helping me out. Portions were ridiculously small half what other flame broilers give u or maybe it was only that way for me for the tip issue. I hope that the owner has a chance to look at these reviews and have a talk with these youngsters

It's flame broiler The food tastes the same anywhere you go. With that being said, these people here do not pay attention. I called in to place a phone order so I didn't have to wait in line when I got there and was put on hold for 8 minutes. I was still on the phone when I showed up at the location. I walked in And there were no customers inside the restaurant at all. Somebody came out to greet me I showed them the phone and asked why I was left on hold all that time. The girl picked up the phone and said oh oops. Then I placed my order, they asked if I wanted avocado I said yes. The girl says okay no problem gave me my total had the order made and when it came out no avocado. I told the girl there was no avocado on the bowls and she replied oh I didn't charge you. Do you want it? Am I missing something here? You already asked me if I wanted it, I already told you yes and you acknowledged it. Pay attention people or get a new job.

Decent place but it's hit or miss. Sometimes we go and the workers are on top of it and friendly. When it's like that we get the best quality food and portions. Or we go and the service is lacking and we struggle to get the workers to pay attention to us, and we get the bare minimum in quality and quantity of food.
