JINYA Ramen Bar - Union Station

Jinya has really good food and service. The atmosphere is good but noisy when it’s close to full, but we could still hear each other without too much trouble. Reservations highly recommended in the evening and on weekends or you will probably have a 30-45 minute wait. We started out with the Gyoza, then my wife had the Tan Tan Men and I had the Premium Tonkatsu Red (spice level 4 and it was plenty hot!). I also added Chicken Wontons, Seasoned Egg and Green Onions. Everything was delicious! Service was just right without being overbearing. Portion sizes were big enough to fill us both up without being too uncomfortable. We do recommend Jinya for your next Ramen fix!

Jinya is a new favorite of ours, we had the pleasure of taking our daughter here for the first time last night and really enjoyed ourselves. The highlight was definitely the broths and all the fantastic flavors. We had a party of 8 and basically tried a little bit of everything. The group highly recommends the Garlic Fried Rice, Birria Ramen and Pork Chashu Bowl. This space is perfect for a date night with its dark lighting and deep house vibes. They also have a great happy hour for apps and drinks. The music was right up our alley and the Jinya atmosphere really hits you as you walk in the door. Can’t wait to come back

Had such a great time here with my friend! Every single thing we are was absolutely delicious and on top of that service was 100/10! Larry was a rockstar!! Definitely will be returning here - great for casual hangs but also date nights!

Love this ramen place. I got the spicy chicken ramen and it was so flavorful with just the right amount of spice. My husband got the original black tonkotsu and the broth had so much depth. Everything was great, especially the leechitini. They have really fun cocktails. I got the matcha tiramisu as well and it was so creamy and delicious. I’m very impressed with everything given that Jinya is chain. This one has to be my favorite.

Mia was wonderful and got our order perfect! We got an appetizer, had the tonkotsu and chef special ramen. These dishes were all perfectly cooked. And of course we added a bit of a kick as they put hot sauces and spices on the side for you

After reading many reviews about this restaurant offering a gluten free ramen, I went to check it out, however unfortunately they no longer offer this. Their manager was the nicest man and was clearly heartbroken that he could no longer offer any gluten free options in the restaurant. He also still made me a GF soup (he used rice instead of noodles). I appreciate the effort to feed me late on the freezing cold night that I was in town. If you are not celiac or GF I would definitely recommend as the food looked amazing.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and WOW that was the right choice! Prompt and knowledgeable service by Jade. The kitchen delivered our Jinya Buns quickly and the only problem was that I didn’t order more. Ramen bowls had exquisite flavors with real depth. The Tan Tan Men and Spicy chicken (spice level: SPICY) were both right on. Definitely a place to visit on my next trip through Denver.
