Cocky Rooster Café & Grill

We ate here with a party of 8. Seated right away. Had something for all. Ate around 12:30 on a Monday. Had breakfast and lunch options. Our server was so kind and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. A definite stop on our next trip down to Orlando!

My parents live just down the street from The Cocky Rooster Café & I can’t say enough great things about it. It’s become my go-to breakfast and lunch spot. Established in 2012, this cozy café is a neighborhood favorite known for its warm hospitality and chef-driven menu! The place has adorable rooster decor, plenty of seating booths, tables, wheelchair-accessible & a cozy bar area you can sit in while enjoying your meal or a drink. They’re connected to a bar next door, that opens later in the evenings, & even host fun events like karaoke, pool, motorcycle nights & bingo nights on weekends. The food is amazing and they have an awesome selection between breakfast and lunch dishes! The staff is always so friendly! If you’re in Deltona looking for a charming, friendly cafe with creative food, sweet staff, and a warm vibe, do yourself a favor and visit the cocky rooster you won’t regret it!

Delicious food, excellent service, adorable and clean seating area. Highly recommend this restaurant! They also have an awesome assortment of desserts to choose from!

We loved the Rooster from the minute we walked in. It felt warm and friendly. The menu had so many temptations that it took some time to make our choices. The homemade Chili was delicious! Portions are generous and full of flavor. Save room for dessert!! The bakery cases are full of wonderful pastries. We really liked the fruit tarts and the pastelitos of guava and cheese. Plenty of parking right out front. This is our new favorite restaurant.

Went on a Sunday morning hoping to eat with a party of 16. They were able to accommodate us and did a great job. They have a bar attached and sat us there, which was clean and decorated for Halloween which we enjoyed. The bathrooms were clean and had the best hand dryer I’ve ever used (dries your hands in literal seconds). The food was delicious and plentiful. I had the French toast combo (French toast, bacon, hash browns, and eggs) and all of it was delicious. Husband had the steak and eggs which he thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone devoured their food. Our server, Nina, very efficiently handled getting our drinks and food out in a timely and friendly manner. You could tell she’s a pro and we appreciated her great service.

We got off of 4 to found something for lunch. We hit the lottery at the Cocky Rooster. The food and service was fantastic!!! I had the chicken tacos and my boyfriend had the spicy cuban. And we shared that cuban was on point.
