Cool Beans has amazing coffee with house-made syrups that make the drinks stand out. The banana bread matcha and carrot cake latte are so unique and delicious, and they also have great sandwiches to grab and go.

Stopped by Cool Beans Coffee between some of my closings in Dearborn, and I’m so glad I did! The shop is super cute and cozy I especially loved the low-top chairs that make it feel really welcoming. Walaa helped me out and she was amazing! She recommended the honey lavender, which was definitely an acquired taste but ended up being perfect. I’d personally give it a 9/10 only because I love a stronger coffee taste and wanted more coffee flavor but that really comes down to preference. The shop itself is spotless, the menu is super clear, and I really appreciated Walaa taking the time to let me know they make all their syrups in house. Definitely coming back! highly recommend!

What a great experience we had: Great customer service, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The cashier was very informative about what they sell and recommended drinks... Which by the way were phenomenal. Some of the ladies order twice... Me included 😆 A BIG SHOUT OUT to Shawn he was very appreciative of us featuring his establishment. I highly recommend CoolBeans and I will be returning soon. Thank you for great customer service, you don't get that often these days.

Pretty good coffee and matcha but as we were there late afternoon there weren’t many food choices. Prices seem high for bagels and bagel sandos but might try next time we visit.

I’m visiting from NYC. Get the bagels here. It’s as good as the best places there. Mediterranean bagel was amazing in particular. Their coffee is good, and their matcha is actually real instead of the grassy light green stuff most places serve.

I don’t know how I haven’t written this review yet because I’ve been coming to Cool Beans since they opened back in 2023. The owners are the sweetest, most humble, and kindest people ever. Service is always amazing and they always make sure you’re satisfied every single time. I’ve been a regular at their drive-thru for years, and now that they’ve opened a storefront, they’ve added breakfast bagels and sandwiches.. the Turkey Trotter is my absolute favorite. The drinks are just as great as ever.. my go-to is always the Spanish latte and it never disappoints. Even with so many coffee shops opening up in my city, I still find myself coming back here because nothing beats the combination of amazing drinks, great food, incredible service, and genuinely kind people who truly care about their customers!

11/10 this place never disappoints and is always consistent. The matcha and unique lattes are amazing. The staff is very welcoming especially the young lady working mornings I believe her name is Walaa, great place.
