Sesame House Dearborn Heights

Stopped by Sesame House in Dearborn Heights and had a really good experience. The fresh baked bread was excellent warm, soft, and clearly made with care. I tried the labneh and it was a great option for a light breakfast, simple but very satisfying. They also have a nice selection of Lebanese grocery items and desserts, which makes it a good place to pick up a few extras. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the store itself was spotless and extremely clean. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

Nicely themed Lebanese restaurant with a wide variety of food options. We especially loved the breads, with the yogurt and greens inside not outside. The coffee was good as well. I felt the owner's truly cared about the theme and seating. The hats, the graphite, the board games. They all come together nicely.

Actually so shocked at how good this food was! I got the soujouk and fell in love. The interior was so cute and the workers were so sweet.

This breakfast place is absolutely beautiful inside.Very inviting atmosphere, with warm colors, patterns, and pretty lights that make you feel at home. The food is fresh and authentic: manaeesh , labneh, stuffed kaak , and za’atar all taste incredible, and the coffee is strong and flavorful. it feels like a little trip to Lebanon!

Authentic, high quality, friendly and super clean place. My family and I enjoyed every bite , visiting from California and will be back to Michigan for this place.

Didn’t realize this hidden gem here. The food we got… kaak… was delicious. The drinks were great. The service was wonderful. They brought our drinks and food out to us and ensured tables were clean. The place is large and has different types of seating areas to satisfy your needs. I could see myself coming here with friends and family and spending some enjoyable time, but also could come by myself and work.

My sister, niece and I had the pleasure of dining at sesame house and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and an inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a wonderful morning. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Mahdi. His enthusiasm for the menu and genuine passion for food made all the difference in my experience. Mahdi took the time to understand my tastes and preferences, and his recommendations were nothing short of fantastic. Every bite was a delicious. He recommended 3 different kaake, I’m so glad I took his advice. The dishes were beautifully presented and toasted to perfection. Overall, my experience was enhanced immensely by Mahdi’s attentive service and spot-on recommendations. If you’re looking for great food paired with outstanding customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting sesame house. You won’t be disappointed!
