Itaewon Korean Restaurant

Visited for lunch and got the Bulgogi (Level 1). The heat was good, but overall not nearly as flavorful as I would have hoped. The Daeji Bulgogi is far better, would recommend that one. Opening salad was good, but the kimchi was a bit bland. As for drinks, $2.50 for a can of Coke is a lot and overall, I don't think the lunch is worth $20/person. Server was nice, restaurant was clean.

Great little out of the way location perfect if you want just a quiet meal, there is even a small outdoor area shaded my muscadine Vines. The inside is clean, and feels homey. The waiter was very prompt and very polite. The kimchi was not as flavourful as others. The mains were good, with healthy portion sizes, so much so I couldn't finish it. The Yaki Mandu, however, was for lack of a better word... perfection! All in all a very pleasant experience Be careful using the entrance into the complex especially if you have a low to the ground vehicle as there is a sizeable slope and pothole right as you enter.

Bulgogi is great tasting. We also like the fried flounder. The small salads and kimchi served before the entree are like mini appetizers. Food is serve fast. The bathroom is clean and homey. I like that they have decent huge portions for affordable price. Location is easy to find and close to a lot of other international cuisine. We stopped by while driving from Florida and Ohio. I recommend.

One of my favorite local places! Everytime I o there, either as a alrge group or alone, I am treated like family. I'm not a big spice person, and there's something there for everyone. I recommend the ramen, you will be full for days. The women there are so nice and friendly and the food is cooked with love.

Place was peaceful and the service was great. I got the squid. Waiter ask what spice level I wanted. I said 2. Let's just say I should've got 1 for spicy! The meal was great though, even with the extra sweating from the spice! Stop in and check it out!

My latest trip to itaewon was okay. It used to be much better. But for starters our service was slow and never came back to refill our drinks. Our food took almost an hour to come out. This used to never happen, maybe this was just an off day for them. My ramen was supposed to be spicy but it wasn't spicy at all and they did not put the egg in the ramen. On top of that the noodles were not good, they tasted like and had the texture of instant ramen from the store. I was with my friend and he had the same experience with the service and the time it took to deliver the food but he said that his food was excellent and exactly what he had come to expect so maybe avoid the ramen here and get something different.

My 1st time visiting here and dining in a Korean restaurant. The food was amazing. It was extremely clean and service was Excellent. I enjoyed sampling a variety of dishes and look forward to returning. You have to give it a try.
