Newport Rib Company

The ribs were actually pretty good and the main reason this place gets 3 stars, but for a spot that calls itself a BBQ joint, it was disappointing to see no smoke ring at all. Unfortunately, the sides really missed the mark. The cornbread was incredibly dry—I honestly don’t know how it was served like that. The mac and cheese was even worse, somehow tasting below Kraft. Overall, the ribs saved the meal, but the sides were incredibly disappointing.

"Newport Ribs" is a superb and pleasurable dining experience. Both locations! Here and the Naples Ribs location! Server "Charlie" was an excellent server. Very attentive and knowledgeable. He overly satisfied our needs. A must location. Manager "Julie";was also very friendly and very attentive. I accidentally deleted my photo of my mouth watering pile of "Beef Ribs!" 😋 cooked to excellence. The sausage bites were delicious as usual and a compliment of sides and salads. Never a dull moment at this establishment. A frequent favorite location of mine. Highly

Hmmmm.. disappointing visit to the ol Rib Company. We were seated quickly, and our order taken quickly as well. But waited..and waited for simple things like straws and regular butter. And then my wife’s prime rib came out rare when we asked for medium well(don’t judge-it’s a medication thing!). After sending it back it returned to us medium-still lots of pink. So we will take it home for a New Years Eve dinner and never return to this location again.

Went there last night on a date with my wife for the first time. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, our waiter was very nice, prompt and attentive and the food was delicious. My wife and I split a full rack of St. Louis Ribs and it was so much food that we ended up taking some home. The price is right and just a fun place to go. We’ll be back!

Best happy hour menu and great Senior baskets. Plenty of table seating and a U-shaped bar and the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the staff had to handle someone that was sadly released from a mental institution and decided to ramble and complain to all the other patrons, so senior bartender put his bouncer personality on. He handled the situation incredibly well, and the person left peacefully, before the police needed to be called out. I watched him train a few other new employees, and he was incredibly patient and kind to them. It’s always a treat to see quality employees that Care, and go the extra mile for the owner of the establishment.

One word, brilliant! My wife and I drove up from San Diego for a late Valentine's Day / Birthday celebration. We needed food for the boat so I chose Newport rib company. Had never heard of them and found them on google. Everything was excellent from Kirsten helping me with my online order, to having the food ready properly at 12:00 for my pickup. The food was excellent. Loved the ribs. Nice and tender and juicy. The chicken and brisket were fantastic also. You get two thumbs up and a snap. Thank you for making our getaway wonderful.

The food was yummy and the server was really nice! The portions are literally huge. I split a combo and a brussels sprouts appetizer with my friend and it was more than enough. Chill vibes and i liked they donate 20% of the bill. I would come back !
