Kochi Boba

The food here is very fresh and delicious. I had the chicken barn mi and vegetarian spring rolls with peanut sauce. The jalapeños were very spicy 🥵 Veteran owned restaurant. Pleasant customer service and overall experience was great, I can’t wait to return!

This is a nice little place in downtown Colorado Springs. It’s great to come have a tea read a book. Or come with friends and family. Teas are delicious. Coffee is great. My husband got a traditional Vietnamese latte. It was just like he likes his coffee strong. I got a taro Thai black tea. It was creamy delicious. Will definitely come back to try good and other drinks. Very friendly and nice employees. One thing teas and coffee are not consistent every time we go.

I stopped by Kochi Boba today and was helped by Jazzy and Taya, who were both super friendly and helpful. They guided me toward trying two new drinks — the Golden House Tea (black milk tea) and the Camelia (green milk tea) — and I ended up loving both! It was awesome to discover new favorites I wouldn’t have picked on my own. On top of that, the location couldn’t be more convenient since it’s literally just 100 feet from my house. With the great service and delicious drinks, I’ll definitely be coming back here frequently.

First time visitor, but very glad we stopped in. We each had a drink (Dubai Chocolate Matcha, Mango Smoothie, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee) and we all thought they were excellent. We also all ordered food and I had the steak pho with steamed bean sprouts. The pho didn't come with all the usual toppings I'm used to like basil and limes and cilantro, but that was no problem because the pho broth was AMAZING! Easily one the best I've ever tasted and full of authentic flavor. Also, the service was excellent and so friendly. I told her how much I enjoyed the pho soup and she got me more at no charge. If I lived in the Springs I would definitely come here often!

This place is delicious! We got the Dubai boba, brown sugar boba, and strawberry boba. Literally so great! And the workers were so sweet!

Went out for date night and decided to stop in to get our teenager something as payment for babysitting. We will definitely be back, the staff was so kind, menu is expansive and overall atmosphere is 10/10.

This place has some of the best mochi donuts I've ever had. The flavors are great and very soft. The bulgogi is equally as delicious and if i lived here i would be here all the time!
