This place was just okay. My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite, and since we weren’t sure what to get, we decided to try a few different corndogs and drinks. The presentation was definitely interesting, and the food looked great, but unfortunately, the flavor didn’t quite live up to the expectation. Everything was decent, but nothing really stood out or wowed us. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just not exactly what we were hoping for. That said, everyone has their own tastes, so if you’re curious, I’d still recommend checking them out and seeing what you think for yourself.
The lady that was working today gave us the saddest looking corn dogs we typically get a fully rolled hot Cheeto dog and one had full the other wasn’t even half of it and not to mention these tiny shriveled and burnt corn dogs I’m super disappointed in this service she’s the only person there that does this we dread even coming in there when she’s working.
The food is good. Price a little on the higher side, but what isn’t expensive these days. Got the spicy which was well seasoned and a good level of heat. Will likely go back and try their other options.
Does not taste like a real Korean corn dog. Does taste like a very expensive corn dog. They got boba they also got 7-Eleven slushies which you could also add boba. The corn dog batter was kind of dark and looked burned.
*UPDATE* Grateful at how much it's improved. Staff was friendly and welcoming, even checking twice to make sure our order was exactly how we wanted it. The food was delicious and warm! Which was a pleasant surprise compared to last time. I'm glad I gave this place another chance, definitely going to be my second favorite place for Korean Corn Dogs. *Old* The charity for Valley Children's Hospital is such a good cause and the manager seemed very friendly with everyone in front of my family and I. Amazing decor, music was kinda loud, but fast service despite there being a long line of customers. Unfortunately, it was disappointing when the corn dogs were cold, leaving the cheese to be completely unmelted. I know it just opened and the staff were likely under a lot of pressure for it being a grand opening so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt that it's not usually like this. I'll be sure to update my review when I come back to try again in the future.
I looked forward to trying these corn dogs out. They have potential. I love the idea and the flavor idea looked great especially hot Cheetos powder, yummy. I went on the grand opening day and waited for almost 2 hours (a fun adventure with kids) for a free corndog and got the potato version and spicy version along with Dirty fries and Kimchie seasoned fries. I think my expectations were too high. Spicy wasn't spicy and the spicy sauce was sweet (not hot). The potato dog version had a limited number of potato squares on the outside (much less than one you'd find in Korea town down south or the Bay area). Both dogs had the Cheetos powder but I couldn't really taste it. Both dogs were not as crunchy as I would like (more chewy than crunchy). They tasted good, just not great. The Kimchi seasoned fries tasted mainly like regular fries with a little hint of some sort of Kimchi flavor and the portion was small. The Dirty fries were tasty (my favorite of all that I had) but small portions also. The owner was very friendly along with the staff (thumbs up for that). It's a new spot and I expect it will get better over time and can't wait to see if it will evolve. The price is relatively inexpensive so worth a try for anyone who wants to try a new spin on a corndog.
Thought this place looked interesting and new so I wanted to try it. It was overall a very sad experience, the corn dogs weren’t hot just kinda lukewarm. A little pricey for it not being the best quality. I saw the lady in the back making the corn dogs didn’t use a hair tie she had her hair everywhere. I didn’t see a sign or on their menu that they charge for sauce but they do charge $0.80cents for sauce on the side. Without the sauce the corn dogs are kinda dry. I got 2 corn dogs, tator tots, and 1 drink for about 26$.
