Ball Ball Waffle

I absolutely love this place, the waffles are soo good. They are chewy soft and crispy. My personal favorite is the Hong Kong style, and their tea is good too!

This place is great. The waffles are big and soft, the coffee tastes great, and the owner is a literal hero. He let me stay with him in the shop when I was being followed by a guy a few weeks ago until help came. He was SO KIND!! God bless this place and the guy that runs it. I will forever support this business; they've gained a new loyal customer. They truly care about their customers. Love this place.

Recommended! We had a weekend trip to Cleveland, OH. We found this small place (next to the Park to Shop market) through a YouTuber's video. We tried Taiwanese Milk Tea - it was so good, it tasted of strong black tea which I like, Affogato, Matcha Chocolate Waffle and Say Cheese with Bacon Waffle. They were delicious, the waffles were crispy outside, and soft inside. Only one Chinese man did the order, made the drinks and waffles all by himself at that time but he was professional. We did not wait too long and it was worth the wait. Good for snacks. It's just that the shop is small and they have only 2-3 tables.

The milk tea and other drinks are tasty and worth the ride to the Asia Plaza Mall where this small restaurant is situated. The parking is free, the prices very reasonable, the staff members are friendly and helpful. I went for milk tea each day I was in Cleveland for a long weekend and was pleased each day. The locals seem to know that the food is good as well. If you are looking for a break from the chain coffee and tea places, give this spot a try. I am grateful that I inadvertently came upon it.

They have THE most authentic Hongkong milk tea! Smooth, very flavorful, not sweet at all (the milk tea should never be too sweet!) Egg waffles are amazing too.

This was my last stop dessert place before heading back to NY. I am surprised I found a Hong Kong style dessert place. Couple years ago, I went to the same plaza and this place wasn't exist yet. I was glad I swung by the Chinatown the last day in Cleveland. Owners are very friendly. I ordered 2 types of waffle, Portuguese egg tart and milk tea. The Portuguese egg tart was amazing, fresh made and hot (temperature wise). It did burn my tongue. The tarts top can burn a little bit more. Waffles outside of sponge areas are crispy. This is exactly what I am looking for and similar taste when I was in Hong Kong. For the Milk Tea, I felt there is a room for improvement. A little bit of watery taste. Maybe not enough evaporated milk. Overall, I love this place a lot.

Wonderful!!! My family stopped here while in the area. I got the mochi mochi waffle and I loved the extra chewiness to the sweet delicious waffle. My cousin got the chocolate banana, and it was soooo good! The banana in each little bubble just melted in your mouth and was surrounded with chocolate goodness. I am looking forward to my next trip to try more!
