Kohana Sushi & Ramen

My husband and I love sushi and Kohana is our favorite. Everyone is always welcoming and kind. The service is great and always a clean environment. Only one thing I miss. They used to hand out warm wet cloths when you were first sat. That was always a nice experience. But, it is still wonderful. We started with Ahi Tuna Nachos and they were simply delicious. We ordered Tonkatsu Ramen to share. We asked for a little spice because we like spicy and it was perfect. This was our first time ordering Ramen and we were not disappointed. We each ordered a sushi roll. Charlie ordered the Phoenix Roll and I ordered the Mother of All. They were both exceptional. It’s hard to even attempt to try a different sushi place. I moved here a year ago from Florida and I think the food in Clarksville is very below average. Kohana competes with the best sushi places in Florida! Seriously! I just found it a couple of months ago and I keep going back. The sushi always tastes fresh, the restaurant seems exceptionally clean, and all the wait staff have been awesome to interact with. Even if you get a to go order; the sushi travels well and they pack it neatly. I have not tried their other food yet because I save all my room for their tasty sushi. 10/10 recommend. Rolls from top to bottom: 101st Phoenix Mushu Shrimp tempura The 101st roll and crunchy spicy tuna are my absolute favorites!

This is my Go-To Ramen Spot. I LOVE the ramen here! My husband loves the sushi options. We usually get the Spicy Miso with Extra Ground Pork. I get a side of red chili paste for extra spiciness. The workers there are the BEST always so welcoming and meet our every need. The Boba there is super good too. 10/10 everytime. ❤️❤️

The sushi and ramen are the best we’ve had! The variety, freshness, and presentation are on point every time. Besides the food and cleanliness, what really stands out here is the team work! In the kitchen and on the floor-the service is unmatched… Our favorite waiter Steven is super friendly and knowledgeable, not just on the restaurant items, but about the culture and culinary ways as well. Very helpful and makes great suggestions!

We absolutely love this place. My husband and I always say this place is too good for Clarksville. My big complaint is that they aren't open on Tuesdays. I was sick once and wanted ramen so I went to DoorDash it from Kohana, only to realize it was closed. I ended up going with another local ramen spot and it was absolutely disgusting. I'll never order from another place again. Once again, my anniversary fell on a Tuesday this year. We have a newborn so we were going to order in. And they were CLOSED. You can imagine how upsetting that can be. So for the love of God, please be open 7 days a week.

Phenomenal experience! Service was wonderful. Food hit it out of the park. Eggrolls were fried crispy outside and packed more flavor than average. The ramen broth was deep in spiced flavor, noodles perfect, and all the toppings just made it better. The desert was worth the calories.

Amazing service the prices are not bad at all and the staff is great very authentic foe and any of your sushi needs they can definitely provide that highly efficient working staff very polite sushi is authentic as well I will be definitely going back here because their food is a one I'd like to commend you guys for your fast service as well but also offering superior service. And they also have a vast menu of different things that you can order I got a strawberries sushi roll which I never had before but surprisingly with the fish and strawberry sauce and the strawberries on top of it was amazing. The last time at least the first time heading to Portland was good if you've never had one you'd definitely have to try!
