Dulce Mami Café

Nachos are on their website menu. When I walked in to order, the girl said they do not carry them. I decided to order a torta with chips. The torta was supposed to have ham and sausage along with other ingredients. When I got home and opened my torta it was ham and a hot dog cut in half for each side of my sandwich. I also ordered their special gumball milkshake. I was not satisfied due to the fact that it didn't in any way taste like a gumball. On top they had whipped cream and mini marshmallows along with a cookie. The cookie was delicious. But as far as the milkshake, I was not impressed with the flavor. It just tasted like a regular plain old vanilla milkshake that was tinted green. Instead of the mini marshmallows on top of the whipped cream, I had expected to see mini gumballs or even Chiclets. The young lady who took my order at the counter was very nice she seemed to have an upbeat attitude and was very friendly. As far as the food goes, I do not think I will be going here again.

Very pretty interior, spacious, we found street parking. Service was amazing and they were very attentive and helpful. Price wise - $$ We all got drinks and shakes - Birthday and sweet pink shakes tasted similar just different toppings 9/10 Cookie Monster 9/10 Caramel frappe 8/10 Hazelnut cappuccino 9/10 Nachos 7/10 Cajun chicken panini 9-10 House Waffle 6/10 - Strawberry, banana, and Condensed Milk Waffles (did not like their whip cream)

Parking is a little tricky and the intersection is chaotic but the staff was very sweet. I prefer the location in Riverside because it's more inviting a location (across from a park, near the train, by a yoga school, etc.). The service was fast here!

We were in the area so we came to try their matcha as well as their cafe de olla and of you have a sweet tooth you've come to the right place. As you walk in the place you come into a nice and enjoyable atmosphere, the decor is warm and we were seated right away. The service was fast and we only tried both the matcha and the cafe de olla because they were sweet already. Perhaps next time I'll try the crepes since they offer both sweet and savory options. As we walked out we also bought some cajeta cookies, they are delicious. The reason for the 3 stars is the following, we were given good service except that at the time of paying, the server almost charged me for someone else's table. I corrected her and then I was asked if I was going to pay with card or cash. They charge extra of you pay by card so I paid in cash, I didn't realize when I got home that she charged me the extra even when I paid in cash. Perhaps it is a one off but it was a bit disappointing that I was charged extra anyway, and almost paid much more since I was going to be charged for crepes that we did not eat.

After dinner, we googled a cafe nearby but something other than Starbucks or Dunkin, this place caught our attention and gave it a chance and we loved it. We were the only ones there since it was very cold and snowing but we were already out celebrating our anniversary, so it was good because there was no wait time. We'll definitely pay them another visit.

Dulce mami was delicious. I had the coco milkshake and it was delicious. The strawberry on top was delicious. The cookie was great. The wafer was real chewy but still tasted good. I also ordered the strawberry crepe but they almost forgot to serve me the ice cream the menu said the dish came with. I kindly reminded them I was supposed to get ice cream with my dish and they immediately took care of it. Other then that the service was good and I enjoyed my visit here.

I looooved it here. The vibes HIT. The food HIT. The music HIT. The service HIT. I truly enjoyed every moment I spent here. I highly recommend. Our server was very attentive and kind. The food was sooooo yummy. I recommend the trying the Chicken Pesto Panini. If you’re looking for something sweet, the French Toast w fruit was super yummy. We also ordered a Frappe, which came with ice cream on top, and some cafe de olla—I don’t drink coffee often but I almost chugged this coffee!!
