Basil Bistro Pho Vietnamese/ Asian Restaurant

We had the pleasure of eating dinner at the Basil Bistro Pho Vietnamese Restaurant tonight based on it's great Google 4.6 rating, positive reviews and to fullfill my cravings for flavorful pho. We had a 5.0 dining experience and I believe it is best Vietnamese restaurant in Chino Hllis. Our waiter was very customer focused, charming and attentive. The restaurant was warm, quiet and cozy, perfect for a Friday night date night. The menu choices were extensive. My husband loves eggs and was delighted to try the bbq pork cutlets and shrimp with rice topped with a fried egg and small salad, (#14 Trio Rice Plate-Com Ba Mau), which was the bomb! I had to try the shrimp and vegetable pho and loved the wonderful flavorful broth with lots of fresh boiled shrimp. We enjoyed dinner with a pot of hot green tea that our waiter kept refreshed continuously for us. It was a wonderful choice for dinner and unwinding on a fall Friday night. Thank you Basil Bistro!

At Basil Bistro Pho the food was perfectly made — not salty at all, just beautifully balanced. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, absolutely amazing, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. So good it felt like a little blessing on a plate. 🙌

Truly a very special, hidden gem in Chino Hills. This place deserves a perfect 10/10 score. We have eaten here about 7 or 8 times, and each time the quality of the food and service is consistently perfect. Each dish is made with care and great flavors. We try different dishes each time we come, and they’re always so good. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the delightful lady who often checks in on us always makes the experience even warmer and more personal. One of the best restaurants we have been to, and certainly the best Vietnamese food in Chino Hills!

Delicious! We had the pork egg rolls and the ribeye for pho. We ordered through Grubhub so I was a little nervous but they packaged everything so perfectly! The broth in the pho was delicious, noodles and meat were soft and tender. Just wish it had a little more pieces of ribeye but overall the food was great. Looking forward to dining in person!

While staying in the area, we ordered takeout from here and were happy we did. We tried the Ruckster Tacos, the Pork Banh Mi, Egg Rolls, and the Che Be Mau. Our favorites were the Ruckster Tacos, which were loaded with flavor and a unique dish we haven't seen before, as well as the Che Be Mau. We recommend you try both if you come here!

Good Asian fusion spot. A bit pricey for Vietnamese food but tasty food. Friendly staff and very attentive. On Tuesday and Thursday they have 1 dollar beef and pork tacos. The ruckster tacos were better than the 1 dollar tacos. Overall great place.

Delicious food and awesome service. One of my favorite places in chino hills. A must try is the Com Bo Luc Lac, the Spicy Salt Chicken Wings and the Bun Bo Hue. Love this place I highly recommend
