Red Ginger

They used to be pretty decent, now I'd rather trust gas station sushi. The service was terrible, I had to ask for napkins, silverware, soy sauce, pretty much everything. We sat in the corner and when we were done no one was around to check on us or bring the check. I decided we could either get up and find our server or call the place and ask for our check. I called and asked for the check. They should be embarrassed at how poorly the food, service, and cleanliness. Don't waste your time and money here.

Great sushi restaurant close to the airport. I always love coming to red Ginger. Usually order the sashimi deluxe, Christmas roll, and tuna dumplings. The fish is average to above average quality. They are consistent and it's delicious. I love paying a visit to this restaurant when I'm in Iowa.

My first visit here was so impressive that I had to repeat it on the very next day. The Red Ginger roll was amazing! The flavors came together like a medley in my mouth. The Soho, and Hawaiian were also very good. The service was excellent. I can't wait to return when I visit Cedar Rapids.

This place has a great Atmosphere. Our waitress was straight up with us also really friendly. You can tell making us happy was her main priority. Food is pretty good. Love the set up. The wood dinning area is really an eye catcher

The sushi was yummy, buying two roll, you get a third roll sushi for free, after 5pm to closing.

We came over from Des Moines looking for some delicious Japanese food. My wife's dish had a bit too much sodium for our liking, but the sushi was fantastic, and the meat was tender. I opted for the Beef Ramen, which was delicious. The sushi was really fresh, and the miso soup hit the spot. The salad was as fresh as it gets. The service was outstanding; we had a nice chat with our server, who hails from Peru. She was incredibly kind to us. All in all, the service was the highlight of our visit, and we'll definitely be returning.

This restaurant has very good food. Sushi was delicious, and so was all the food from the menu. Setting is very relaxing and quiet.
