Koto Sushi & Steakhouse Grill

I gotta be honest, kinda a hole-in-the-wall type place but… I eat sushi 4ish times a week and I love the food. The fish never tastes like fish if you get my meaning. From south fort Myers to north cape, I’d recommend this place for the price and taste. Presentation was great too.

We had a great lunch at Koto Sushi & Steakhouse Grill in Cape Coral. The sushi was fresh with great flavor, the place was clean, and the beer was ice-cold—just how we like it. The service was about as cold as the beer, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The food and atmosphere made up for it, and the prices were fair. We’ll definitely be back, even if the service doesn’t warm up!

Super service and excellent food! The dumplings were spot on perfect. Really enjoyed the Pine Island sushi dish. Careful though, it’s piping hot! Also tried the regular spicy salmon rolls and can recommend them as well as an add-on. The tempura ice cream was a perfect finale. Hope to be back soon!

Koto grill after Target was perfect. My husband had the deluxe sashimi and i had the steak hibachi. The service was not a attentive as it could of been but we wondered in around 4pm and definitely could of been a reflection of the time. The restaurant is clean and the perfect size for a Japanese restaurant. The provide you a salad and soup with your meal that was yummy. My husband really enjoyed his sashimi and said it was fresh. I really enjoyed my meal.

This place has been my go to Japanese spot for years. I cannot express how good the food is here. Staff is very nice and hardworking, especially the sushi bar. The decor and environment is very authentic as well. The waitress is also very attentive minus what some reviews say. Love this jem.

Highly disappointed in the quality and taste of the food. Service was ok but all of the food was just, nasty. Which I rarely say. The green tea, the translucent salad, onion soup, the sushi, rice, frozen veggies, etc. Both hibachi meats tasted like old burnt grill but were barely browned?(chicken and steak) Idk, for $80 2 meals, 2 rolls, not worth it in my opinion.

Fresh delicious sushi & great service!! This place has the BEST sushi in Cape Coral/Ft Myers area. Always , always has great food & great service and open late. The sushi is always very fresh & for a great price point. This is my favorite sushi place! They also have a nice selection of cold & hot sake. The owners are lovely and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. This place is great for lunch or dinner- at lunch they have a 2 or 3 roll special that comes with soup or salad. Try their 🍣 sushi!!
