As a designer, I’ve always believed that the best experiences engage every sense — and Kyuramen does exactly that. The space feels thoughtfully curated: warm wood textures, soft lighting, and geometric details that echo their signature honeycomb booths — all blending into a modern, comforting aesthetic that immediately sets the tone for a cozy meal. We all ordered the Steak Ramen, and it was outstanding. Each bowl was a beautifully balanced composition — rare steak slices melting into a rich, flavorful broth, with corn, bamboo shoots, wakame, scallions, nori, and that perfect half-marinated egg. Every ingredient felt intentional, balanced perfectly to create something simple and satisfying. We also shared the Honeycomb Platter, and it was pure joy to look at — a vibrant arrangement of color and texture that tasted just as good as it looked. The chili garlic edamame, shrimp tempura, eel, scallops, and lobster & chashu salad ball were small bites that told their own stories — playful, satisfying, and full of personality. To drink, I tried the Kyuramen Lemonade — bright and refreshing, maybe a touch sweet for my taste, but it paired beautifully with the savory ramen. Overall, Kyuramen Park Slope was a memorable experience — thoughtful, flavorful, and visually delightful. Perfect for sweater weather and slow conversations. 📍 Definitely plan to visit again — and explore their other locations soon.

This is the best RAMEN in NYC ! It’s delicious and basically an explosion of flavors in your mouth. OMG - you all definitely need to try it at least once in a life time ! That’s the first time in 57 years , that I ate a full bow and wanted more ! A must go place in park slope !

I went a few months ago, and the staff forced me to tip. The food isn't even authentic japanese food either, don't go! False advertising from paid influencers to get you to spend money. The food tastes like a 5/10 at best. If you wanna get authentic or even decent ramen, go to Naruto Ramen just a few blocks away from this awful place. Just to let you know tips aren’t deserved they’re earned from good service and good quality food. So don’t force customers to tip!

I recently dined at Kyu Ramen and was served my meal in a broken ceramic bowl. I didn’t notice it at first, but when I did and brought it to the waiter’s attention, nothing was done—no replacement, apology, or acknowledgment. This felt like a serious safety issue, as broken dishware can pose a risk to customers. Very disappointing handling of what should have been addressed immediately.

Solid ramen place in Park Slope. The Deep Fried Gyoza Dumplings were delicious and Katsuobushi Pork Ramen was tasty also, but expected a bit more noodles. Service was quick. Overall good ramen place and will likely revisit.

They don't allow substitutions so I couldn't have tofu (vegetarian) and I don't care for miso. I added the pork to my husbands bowl. The ramen was really delicious and was very hot! The flavor was great, I got the curry ramen with a passion fruit tea. I'd definitely get it again, just wish it would've been what I wanted.

I went at a relatively early time and we got seated real quick! Service was good, nothing special really. The food was decent and I have nothing to really complain about. When they first brought out the chicken, I thought it was soggy because it just didn't look fried. I ordered a combo and compared to my friend who didn't, it looked like I had way less ramen in my bowl. Thai milk tea was tasty, not over sweet. Overall, good for a nice lunch and stuff!
