What I liked..... I ordered the chocolate crepe cake and found it very enjoyable, large enough to easily share, and I loved the lightly sweetened flavor. Not overly indulgent at all. Personally, I would not pay $8 for it again, but I do think it's worth the experience just once. I like that the macarons seemed larger than the average, and had an airy shell. What I did not prefer was that with my eyes closed, I would not be able to distinguish between the flavors. I purchased six macarons, five different flavors, everything from Ude to Biscoff, and could barely tell any difference between all five of them. The most distinct flavor was the Ude, but all the rest tasted too similar. The filling, which is about twice as much as your average macaron, reminded me of a light homemade whipped cream, and I loved the flavor, again the same in every macaron, but the quantity was too much. I also, while loving the initial airiness of the macaron, found that it was practically empty inside, a sign of being overcooked. Most macarons have a light airy texture on the outside and are filled with a more dense, chewy filling for the body of the macaron itself. These practically had no body at all, and once biten into, several actually broke apart as if biting into a shell. Regardless of the flavor and texture discrepancies, they were very yummy. I might even buy again, but I would only buy one flavor as they are all pretty much just one flavor.
Small quaint and beautifully designed little Asian Bakery. All the deserts were very tasty. The Pandan Sponge cake tastes like heaven as well as the Japanese Strawberry Shortcake. The Rainbow Crepe Cake is a must try.
I've been eyeballing this place for awhile and finally went and let me tell you, can't wait to go again. The atmosphere is absolutely adorable and is spotless inside. Fiancée and I ordered the crepe cake, bbangs, and strawberry cheesecake and it was all somehow better than it looked! 10/10
This was amazing!! Finally, an Asian bakery here in Tulsa/BA! I love that they aren’t overly sweet. My friend and I had a bite before buying a bunch more for our families to try. The owner was so friendly, thank you Kou See for these amazing desserts!
Tasty unique desserts. The mango layered cake looking dessert makes you think it's a cake or pie but it is not. Its a unique and delicious favor. The Macaroons were fresh and delicious and we would highly recommend the infused drinks! We will be going back for more.
DBK IS THE BEST!! Their pastries are absolutely amazing! Can’t go wrong with their macarons! Everything I’ve tried from here is just so delicious. The staff is also great! Everyone is always so nice ☺️
A must have if you are in Broken Arrow. This Korean French bakery is off the hook. Ube flavor for the sponge cake so you can die happy once you try these delights. Macaroons that will have you stuffing your face. Don't miss out.
