True Food Kitchen

Fantastic food and experience as always! We have been coming to true food kitchen for at least 8 years. In that time, we have tried just about every menu item with few exceptions. In every case, the food is fresh, delicious, healtht, and made to order. Tonight we had the hummus appetizer, butternut squash soup, grains bowl with grilled chicken, air fried chicken tenders with fries, buttered pasta, and the famous squash pie for dessert. As usual, the food was LIGHTS OUT! Absolutely amazing, great flavor, fresh, hot, and perfect. The squash pie is the absolutely best dessert you will ever try. Our server, Nicholas, was extremely friendly, pleasant, fast, and efficient. The ambiance is always very nice, clean, and convenient. The price is as you would expect, roughly $30/person for appetizers, dinner, and shared dessert. If you want really great food, that is also healthy and fresh, this is the place to go!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The food was the real highlight fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish tasted clean and wholesome without sacrificing taste. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real care into every meal. Whether you’re looking for something healthy, delicious, or both, True Food Kitchen delivers every single time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. Most times when I dine in at tru food it’s a good experience, the food is good and keeps me coming back. However, recently 2 weeks in a row I placed an online order. Both times I ordered the burger with fries and both times they gave me purely burnt fries, and an overcooked burger. Also, the burger bun was different that what was advertised. When I called to get this corrected they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I’m not sure if I can give this place another try

Eaten here a few times, everything always has amazing creative flavors, fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. Maria our server was really wonderful and helped me decide on my meal which was delicious.

It’s always a great experience. The head sous chef SID always greets me & makes sure I’m well taken care off. We really appreciate him 🙏🏾

I am so happy I have found this restaurant. I feel good about ordering anything from here, but the salmon because is not Wild caught. They don't use seed oils and they serve organic products. Gluten-free items, grass fed beef, hormone/antibiotic free chicken, etc. All of the items I have ordered so far have been really good, with the exception of the gluten-free bun I got on my last visit with my grass fed burger was dried and hard as a rock and it was disappointing because I took some family members for dinner. I let the waiter know and he was very apologetic and he offered to take the items off the check but I said just take off the gluten-free buns off and he also gave us free desserts for the inconvenience. I hope they open a location near Winter Garden, FL soon.

We have been loyal customers of True Food Kitchen and love both the food and the atmosphere. But today, we came for the Spring Tasting Menu experience, and I can say it was wonderful. The server, Maria, was above and beyond to serve us in the best possible way. She was extremely friendly, polite, explained each menu item, and made us feel special for today's event. We loved the food as always, everything well-balanced, a true explosion of flavors.
