Kokee Tea - Riverchase Galleria 2nd Floor

I recently visited Kokee Tea at the Riverchase Galleria and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the store was clean and well-organized, and they offer a solid range of drink options. I tried both the Cookies & Cream Tea and the Strawberry Tea, both were flavorful and refreshing. The variety on the menu is a definite plus, and the drinks themselves are well-made. However, the customer service left much to be desired. Communication from the staff was not professional or welcoming, which affected the overall experience. A more courteous and friendly interaction would have made a big difference, especially in a public retail environment. I’m giving two stars for the taste, cleanliness, and menu variety, but I do hope to see improvements in staff communication and customer engagement in the future. This location has potential, and with better service, it could be a much more enjoyable place to visit.

Good tea. Terrible company that must not pay their workers because they ask for tips just for ringing me up. The workers get mad when you don't tip. It makes me not want to go there. I'd rather use a self-service register than tip. The company should pay the people they hire.

Visited the 2nd floor location and had a great experience. The shop was clean and well organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The drinks were fresh, well balanced, and made quickly. Nice spot to grab bubble tea while shopping at the mall. Would definitely recommend this location. 💓

Great spot for boba. We had a large group and they worked through them quickly. We got the Oreo C&C Brown Sugar boba and it was very good, basically a dessert in the cup. The store has delicious looking pastries, desserts, and gift items. Conveniently located in the mall. We are a fan and will return if in the area again.

Really good for being the only/nearest boba place in town. Friendly and quick service . Very calming and nice environment tho i wish there was a seating area given the fact that there is enough space for one. Drinks were good but not the best I’ve had.

The drinks are so good I recommend the Dragon and rose it tastes so good with the strawberry boba balls, it tastes to good, and it looks so pretty, and the taste is so wonderful, and the service is amazing.So I recommend you go to this place. The mall in Hoover, second floor, and the name is Kokee tea, so go to this place, and it look so beautiful.

The employees were very helpful and friendly and amazing! All bobba shops should have employees like them! And the tea tastes amazing and just really hits the spot on a hot day, plus they have cute stuff🙂
