Jade Palace Restaurant

The atmosphere is dated last time I was there was about four or five years ago and it’s the same seating and interior kind of dark with the gray but the food is delicious. We were a little caught off guard by the portion we ordered $14 large plate and we got what would be more of a gourmet style meal on a white setting up post a picture I was expecting more traditional and I was looking for far more food so I may have missed ordered when I said sesame chicken from the specialty plate the sauce and the chicken was absolutely delicious

I love this place. Their crab rangoon has the best flavor. I usually get the combination lo mein. Which I never used to like anywhere until I tried this place. (It's usually what my boyfriend gets) And if you feel like something isn't exactly how you want it they will fix it right away without making you feel any type of way. The people there are soooo nice to the point you are happy to be there.

I got the broccoli beef with steamed rice and it was excellent. Broccoli was tender enough to cut with a fork yet not too soft the exact way I prefer it. The beef and sauce were excellent as well. The rice was steamed perfectly and plentiful. 5 stars aren't enough. Food, service and price were perfect.

I've been a customer of Jade Palace for 15years, this year. They have amazing food and the best Hot and Sour soup in town, but really we come back for the service. When I lived in Bellevue, i went at least weekly. Over the years we have moved further away to the north side of Omaha but we still make it over to Jade's at least once a month. Jerry and his wife are incredible hosts and always make us feel welcome. Since I started eating here, I've gotten married and had a kiddo and they have celebrated with us through it all! They will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We ordered online and were quoted a 25 minute pick up time. It ended up being over 40. They were busy but I'd hope for a more accurate estimate. The temperature of the dishes was inconsistent with the soup being lukewarm and the rice virtually cold and several other dishes at an appropriate temperature. Our last couple of orders have been somewhat less flavorful than what we've come to expect from this establishment.

Jade Palace is a gem! They have the best hot and sour soup in the area—perfectly balanced, flavorful, and consistently delicious. It’s the kind of soup you crave and keep coming back for. Everything was fresh and satisfying, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for excellent Chinese food done right.

This is honestly the best chinese food place i’ve ever been to. My family goes here every single week and it’s always so delicious. The customer service is always stellar. I am vegetarian and I love every single one of their options. They even allow me to add fried tofu to other items and it’s so delicious. I love this restaurant so much, they also give huge portions and it’s super affordable. The food also always comes out super fast!
