Soup's On

While the soup was good, I don’t think I’d go out of my way for it. That’s coming from someone who did go out of their way for it. My wife and I had tried to visit this spot 3 times to always find they’d closed for a holiday or something else. So, we were super excited to finally get the chance to try it. Overall soup was good, the price is not bad but I would expect a bit bigger portion for $5 and $8. Would recommend to someone in the area but don’t travel across town for it.

Found this place on Google while searching for soups only. Well, well, what have we found here?! As I was en route to this place I was hoping that the food lived up to the hype and may I tell you there were no lies told at all! I ordered the Tortilla chicken chili, the name of the other soup escapes me but it was hearty and contains Lima beans, kidney beans and a variety of of veggies both were so delicious. I had to come home to enjoy it fully while propped up in bed lol. But the real banger was the sandwich and forgive me because it was far more than just a sandwich, the crab cakes were so flavorful, check out the photo for yourself. I even made a believer out of my son, who had to order one to go and just told me to let’s make sure we keep this establishment on our regular rotation, I said bet!

The food at Soup’s On is always as incredible as it gets! The menu rotates so there’s occasionally new things to try, alongside some staples. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is always quick—especially if you call and order ahead. One of my favorites in Baltimore!

All soups are made from scratch. You don't even need to be a soup guy to appreciate the deliciousness that is Soups On. This place puts out some seriously high quality soup. Did I mention the soups are really good? The sandwiches are top notch as well. Highly recommended.

Delish little spot with a cute and cozy vibe, & no fuss service. Let you try soups if you want, they are delicious some are organic and they have great Glutten free and vegetarian/vegan options. Sweet spot to run into. Very happy ✨

This is the essence of Mom-and-pop restaurants. Nothing flashy. Nothing fancy. Just delicious, home cooked meals. They have a variety of belly-warming hime made soups. Can't decide which one? No problem. They will give you a sample. Soups are served piping hot. I decided on the classic tomato soup with a Bahn Mi sandwich. The soup was good. Very mild and creamy, although i would prefer a more acidic, tomato forward soup with a bit more zing, it was very good. The bahn mi was good, but the bun was too big and toasted too hard. I would suggest hollowing out the bun on the inside so that all of the veggies can nestle in it. It needs to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The flavors were wonderful, but the bread was toasted too hard and it cut my mouth when I tried to chomp down on it. Overall, it was very good and I would recommend this place for a great home cooked meal with friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I love Soups On. I come here for lunch frequently. Am sitting here for dinner right now. Soup is good and fairly cheap. Sandwiches are almost better and also decently cheap for what you get. Fresh ingredients, bread comes with soup, dining area is beautiful. It's run by a pair of prickly TWINS who it's clear have been doing this forever. Real old school type of place. Highly recommend. Check the website and call your order ahead so they don't sell out before you get there!
