I’ve tried all of their specialty kimchi, of course starting with napa cabbage kimchi(배추김치), their signature. I recommend Gotjori (겉절이) anytime, and Yeolmu kimchi(열무김치) in the summer. Have you ever brought Gotjori to a party? Oh, please do! People will finally understand how amazing fresh kimchi tastes with meat dishes. Their Korean side dish quality is already well known among Koreans. If you like bibimbap, this is the place to go for fresh ingredients. And their Jokbal... yum! One of the best if you’re a Jokbal fan, without breaking your wallet.

This small kitchen with many freezer, cooler for prepared Koean, Asian food. Good for quick dishes to heat up for a quick meal. The seaweed rice roll is a very good lunch, snack, 2 roll pack for $10 is a great value with good favor. Way better those in Hmart or freezer type.

The store is completely clean and there are people who work. Gimbap is sold from 2 lines instead of 1 line, and it's 2 lines 10 dollars 🩵

Such friendly workers and so clean. They are expanding their shop and make it feel like a Korean convenient store. I am not sure if they have an official website for it but I would highly recommend. They even put the little claw machines!! I expect this place to become popular when they are complete the expansion.

The staff is helpful and the banchan is so good! Way better and tastier than what you can get in the store. Kimbap was also delicious. I’ll be back.

The sweetest ladies ever! Traditional Korean banchan & cuisine. They’re primarily a catering place but make things for to-go everyday. You’ll find out of the ordinary kimchi variants, and even homemade cozy ready made food for a quick meal. The owners are so kind & cute! They even offered us tons if discounts on the fresh food at the end of the day.

Want delicious Korean meals and banchan, but don't want to pay for take out prices? Shintoburi's your answer. I'm not sure how often their menu rotates, but they always have various baked fish, dumplings (mandu, both kimchi and pork), and soup in stock. I've never eaten here as it's mostly a take out place, but I did see a table or two there. I wanted to edit in some of my favorites from there: Homemade kimchi Kim garu (dried and seasoned seaweed) Yangyum gaejang (spicy marinated raw crab) - this may be even better than the ones found in LA Various types of jeon (pan fried fish and meat) Jangjorim Kimchi mandu (they sell these frozen by bulk and are fantastic)
