Location: Food Court Aurora Town Center Dropped by after work on a Friday and there were shoppers/customers but, not that many. Love Kdogs so was excited to try this place out. Got the Potato dog and was disappointed the Rice Cakes were already out. This K-dog by far is the best K-dog I have tasted here in our state. The dog was still very crunchy yet soft inside even after about 35 mins of drive back home. The bite was everything I ever wanted. If you have not tried a K-dog, imagine a waffle dog but elevated ( to me, personally, that is!) in flavor, taste and texture. The rice flour makes it more chewy, not doughy. No catsup and/or mustard but, a variety of sauces. Though I got a Jalapeno Ranch dip/sauce, I could have easily not needed it. Another 5-⭐ experience worth mentioning was the service from the young lady (Amaia) who attended to me. Seeing I had 3 other to-go food items, she asked if I wanted a bag. Having only purchased a K-dog, I very thankfully offered to pay for the bag but, she said it was alright. If that gesture does not tell her customer service heart, I don't know what else to say. Her manner and speaking with customers were 5⭐ as well. Soft-spoken, polite yet warm. That's also the reason I just had to ask for her name. Thank you, Amaia. CrunCheese is very lucky and blessed to have you as a Frontline staff. Will definitely be back and I urge you to go venture out and experience a new taste!
12/19/23-dropping my previous 4 star review down to 1 star due to how rude the female employee was to my mother today. She refused to take a cash payment and just blow my mother off. They weren't even busy. Horrible customer service. The are better similar restaurants in Aurora that actually care about the customer experience. 7/22/23- In the midrange of price for boba drinks. The pistachio Smoothie was good and had real pistachio pieces in it. The only problem is that they are slow and people that ordered after me were getting their drinks and food first. They are still new to the mall and have some work to do.
I had a yummy Milk Boba drink and a Mochi Doughnut. The doughnut was good. Both were reasonably priced. I came back and had more of their yummy fried foods. I love it.
Love these things! This place seems to always be busy. The cashier was super helpful despite what other reviewers mentioned. She gave us personal recommendations and steered us in the right direction. My friend and I had a nice time discovering this place. The boba was fresh and tasty and the hot dogs were different and delicious. The doughnuts were a nice cap to the savory dogs. They are quite filling so next time I'll probably stick with one, not two. I would recommend trying one of each flavor - combining a ton was a little off-putting to my tastebuds. For the price, it's a decent value and something new and fun to try and experience.
Come in today for a potato mozza and a potato dog. They were really delicious. The service definitely could have been better but she was by herself. I would still probably come back in.
The staff here is the rudest crew I’ve ever seen in this mall aside from Popeyes in the corner. They recently got two new systems and now they ignore people on one side to help the other, and then get pissed when you walk away and literally belittle you. 13 minutes of my time was wasted in line waiting while they took a whole bunch of drink orders and just awkwardly looked at me. The guy was basically begging people to come out of the crowd to order a drink. I work in the mall, I amthere repeatedly, and I will comment every time I have a negative experience. Management is never there, and there’s only ever one person actually working. Editing from 5/10: They were closed for 30 minutes for two hours around 5 o’clock. They were giving out free donuts to ‘everybody’ to introduce them on the menu, but as soon as I walked up, they looked at me like I came for a doughnut 🤣 I did not get one, but got what I came for. 5/12: They are out of anything hot dog related this am and are only focusing on their nine dollar drinks and new 14 and $17 strawberry pistachio cups. 🤣 Will keep editing until the owner responds 😅 8/21: clearly it’s been a while. A young lady mentioned my review and I thought it was kind of ew.. so we avoided it. Anyway, fail. I went to get a strawberry mango Boba drink and they gave me something with tajin in it. When I asked for a refund, they literally argued with me about not having any other supplies that they needed and gave me a watermelon juice for $6. This is an absolute joke any time I’m here. Won’t be again.
