Gyu-kaku Japanese BBQ

I really enjoyed the nice interior and convenient location of Gyu Kaku. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the meal even better, and the prices are very reasonable for the experience. The only downside was the seasoning. I found the meat to be a bit too sweet or salty at times. However, the overall vibe was great, and I would love to come back sometime!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have visited this location multiple times, and each experience has been excellent. On one occasion, there was a delay with our salad order due to a service issue; however, the manager addressed the situation promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, this is a wonderful restaurant with great service, and I highly recommend it.

Gyo-Kaku was our first Japanese BBQ. Food was delicious. Meat was top tier & tender. Our waiter Emerson was very attentive and had great recommendations. Would’ve given a five star but the seats weren’t comfortable & sticky. When we were seated the table next to us was dirty up until we left. There was no hot tea… as an Asian it was weird eating at an Asian restaurant with no hot tea. The Takoyaki’s were full of dough with one piece of octopus in it.

The food was nice. The decor was so awesome. Especially the paintings with the cows. We had an awesome waiter. Everything was a 10 out of 10. Thank you ELY for great customer service.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening cooking at our table! Fun atmosphere! Staff is super friendly! Gave clear cooking times. We had plenty of food for five with one of the sampler group menu choices! Will be back!!

This was a 1st time visit and Ely made it great ! It was so much to pick from . All you can eat options. Full bar . Great atmosphere. Ely was great the best ask for him and only him !!! I was so excited I didn’t get any good pictures !!!

My Husband and I Loved the experience and the Server was very Courteous. The atmosphere was relaxing.
