Seoul Korean BBQ Restaurant

Went to Namu for Korean BBQ and hot pot, and honestly, it was such a letdown. The bbq portions were tiny—like, barely enough for one person—and they totally skimped on the sauces and sides. The food was decent, but the service? Awful. Our waiter was super inattentive, never checked on us, and didn’t even offer extra napkins (at a BBQ spot… seriously?). It was so frustrating having to keep flagging her down. Kinda hard to enjoy the meal when the service is that bad. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Tasty food. Our waiter was so chill, helpful, and attentive. Brought us more kimchi and we were able to order more meats. They are cooked for you at table. Highly recommend marinated gal bi and spicy pork if you can handle spice. Spicy back ribs were a bit of a miss for me. Even with the dinner rush, social distancing was handled well, we were more than 6ft apart. I commend their work for only having two servers to handle incoming guests, takeout, and more. I felt so comfortable and will be coming back. Thank you!

Namu korean bbq Albany N.Y. We have tried Namu several times and the food portions and quality of ban chan was good this last visit was very disappointing, the portion was miniscule and ban chan was lousy,looks like they have cut quality in half and offered smaller portion but the price increased for smaller portions. Extremely disappointing, I asked to speak to manager and he refused to come talk to Me,I ended up paying for what I ordered and will never return. In this age of inflation restaurant can't cut their portion and increase prices,product must reflect with quality etc.I wish Namu well for future. But there are other restaurant that serve excellence and quality products.

Authentic Korean food! We got generous Korean pickles with rice which I love 💕. The reason I took one star is because the hot pot dish was not so flavorful ( l needed salt and soy sauce to add) and it had very little shredded beef. Also I wish they would offer more small dishes like a soup and salad. But overall it's a good restaurant we're definitely going back.

The side dish here is little different than other Korean restaurants (bamboo shoot, savory and sweet "red" bean). They are good. I had to ask waitress for more. We two people ordered bbq beef rib (cooked at table), cheese corn, seafood soup. I don't really like cheese corn, it is not rea hot and as I expected. Good service and nice staff.

The spicy chicken Bibim bop is superb. Loved the spicy chicken Korean BBQ..the sauce is excellent! Great service and ambience! The ade's (Yuzu, Peach and Strawberry)..all were amazing! The garlic, hot and spicy fried chicken have just the right amount of zing! The scallion pancake is good..specially the accompanying sauce.

Crisp, clean, large Korean BBQ in a great spot to grab a bite on the way to/from the airport. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch special spicy chicken kim bop!
