I love browsing and finding authors that I love and new ones. She takes used books gives you credit and when you make a purchase which she sells at such low prices you can use half your credit towards the cost . Best place I’ve found. And she’s always pleasant. Highly recommend !

Cozy and quaint little book 📚 store right across a middle school. Adorable with variety of books, not many new books, but good enough selection for young tweens.

This place feels like you’re walking into a good friends house. I haven’t been since they were in buttonwoods but I just stopped by the new location today and was pleasantly surprised. They still have a huge selection of books in good condition, at super affordable prices. Everything is very nearly laid out into different genres, with more popular authors having their own dedicated section of the store. The owner is phenomenal; she’s always a joy to talk to, she will be happy to tell you the story of Mary’s if you ask her. If you are looking for paperbacks for any ages, stop by here! Let’s keep this place open and running…. Book stores are not common anymore never mind USED book stores. Make sure to show your support for this small business next time you get a chance!

Small but extremely clean and neat used book store with mostly paperbacks and some select quality hardcovers. Almost all books appear almost like new. Interesting place to browse at leisure for reading materials.

Cute and organized store. I had a good experience the first time I went; I traded in a few books for credit and got new books for a great price. On my next visit I brought more books to trade and they looked at my books and simply said "I can’t use any of these". No explanation, nothing lol. Funnily enough I actually bought one of said books from the store and never ended up reading it (she tells me "doesn’t look familiar") And two of the other books were best sellers. It’s totally fine if you aren’t interested in the books, but I found the response to be very curt. I won’t waste my time trying to trade books in here again.

Tight quarters but very orderly. Genres are designated clearly and authors are displayed alphabetically within each genre. If the books are in a series, they are numbered and neatly stacked, and you'll get the help you need if shopping for something specific but unsure of where to look. Mary's also offers a buy back option which is a big plus. Pride of ownership shows...great little store!
